It's just called Bammy, not bammy bread. One of the reasons why it's not popular elsewhere is because the demographic is probably lower in certain states, so it wouldn't make sense to make it here and sell. It's not difficult to make so I'm not sure why they say that. It's probably difficult because they may not he able to source the cassava
