The take away was Gees on constitution hill , handsworth , Birmingham guess never take away food taste like homemade..But this take was very popular with 1 and 2nd generation jamaicans i had a jamaican girl friend so got introduced that way to jamaican food, i love it all ,

I stayed in ocho rios for 2 months walking to the beach every morning and eating lunch at little hole in the wall spots like he is, fresh food and taste wonderful.
The amount of chilli, scotch bonnet this guy eats will have me sitting on the toilet seat waiting for the fire brigade & ambulance to come scoop me up.
Mark fits in easily because he genuinely loves what he does totally respect him and his team members. I respect that he could come to Jamaica and full joy himself 🤛

@F K No he's not Canadian, I looked this up a while ago. Mark was born in Phoenix, Arizona in USA in 1986 to a Chinese mother and American father. His parents were missionaries so travelled a lot and he moved to Albertville France when he was 5 years old. Then moved to Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) for about 3.5 years where he was home schooled, (Mark mentions his time in DRC quite a lot through his travel vlogs and mentioned it when he went to the Rasta Village in Montego Bay, he also talks about his time in Kenya too). They then moved to Nairobi, Kenya after the war broke out in DRC. He completed high school education in an International School in Kenya. Mark if you're reading, please do correct me if I'm wrong in any of the other info' above, apart from you being American.

Bennett great! gungu peas rice & peas is eaten at Christmas time and other more special occasions (some persons make it more frequently) .Ordinary rice & peas usually is made with red peas.
