@@jeanniebrooks - You're spot on. My family came from Italy and a lot of our food has become uniquely Italian-American. The humble steak sandwich has turned into a phenomenon on the east coast, now known mostly as a cheese steak sub. Pizza is an American staple, as is the German Frankfurter (Hot Dog). I think we've got Jewish influence on the Hot Dog as well. Mexican food has become very popular in the past 40 years, as well as sushi, once uniquely Japanese, but Americans have embraced it with enthusiasm. There's a lot of love between Mexicans and Indians when it comes to food -- change a few ingredients, and we're basically the same! Rice, beans/lentils, cumin, coriander/cilantro, hot peppers, grilled meat, served with a flat bread (tortilla/naan/roti). bro im mexican and all my fam loves indian food!
Veera Satya Sai I’m Latino and LOVE Indian food and all the amazing curries.
There's a lot of love between Mexicans and Indians when it comes to food -- change a few ingredients, and we're basically the same! Rice, beans/lentils, cumin, coriander/cilantro, hot peppers, grilled meat, served with a flat bread (tortilla/naan/roti).
I'm Mexican in the US, and I know some Indian dudes who will eat Mexican food all the time because you can't get great Indian food where I live.
I love Mexican people and their culture and well as their food.
well said dear
Ahora tengo hambre soy de Puerto Rico pero yo creo que en otra vida fui mexicana amo la comida mexicana !!!

We used to go to Ensenada back in the 80’s and 90’s. I love the background noise of everyone platicando, banging utensils and making their orders. The music of Mexico.
You know it’s a good meal when the chef caught his own fish.

Mark always bringing us a different local food cultures that makes this channel amazing.
I try doing that as much as I can. Not always easy with foreign food.
We tried La Guerrerense last month on a cruise. It was AMAZING! Had to be the highlights of our trip! We all had the shrimp tostadas then the chef recommended the Campechana and had to order 2 more!!
Hands down best shrimp tostada and Campechana ceviche tostadas EVER!!!
I added the peanut oil and tamarindo salsa to my Campechana. We ate there at 11am and no long line! So our group ordered more as we pleased.
We will be back!!!!!

The food in Ensenada is unique Thanks to the fishing activity, the Mexican tradition and the influence of the Chinese and Japanese migrants who settled in this area. Even in the Guadeloupe valley, very close to there, there is a great viticulture by the Russians who established themselves in the early 1900s and now their grandchildren produce great brands of wines.
