@ Mark Wiens You mentioned that they served pickled vegetables on their Salsa Bar. Yes those are actually very good and do go with some of the dishes served. I first tried Pickled Vegetables ( or relish) at a chain Mexican food restaurant called El Chico's back in the 1970's. We mainly enjoyed them on the Tortilla appetizer where you take hot tortilla and spread on butter then added the Relish and salsa. Then roll it up and eat.
Thanks to Mark, I've discovered a couple of new places to get my Mexican food fix. I saw this video yesterday and today decided to go to Karamelo Kings. It is every bit as good as Mark says it is, I HIGHLY recommend it. I had the Karamelo King and a birria taco they were both amazing.

I really appreciate these Sanora type Taqueria‘s now that I can’t find them in WA State really . There are a few in Salt Lake where I used to live. Love the generous grilled beef portions, the brightness and spice of the salsas , but most is the tortillas ! You don’t find the delicious flour tortillas they all use just anywhere . The chew , the texture , elasticity of the tortilla is what makes these places stand out to me. Best video
I could tell those ribs were not tender at all. You have to cook ribs low and slow. They should have been wrapped in foil and slow cooked for another 1-2 hours
@safeandeffectivelol naw it's not made like that. Yes American BBQ is made low and slow but for a Mexican BBQ is way different. The ribs have so much flavor in them specially with the salsa and other things included

I so wish we had authentic Mexican dishes where I live. So jealous of you you right now.
Come to tucson
Mexican food is one of the most significant in the world, these tacos are incredible, even though it is a video, I can imagine its great flavor, the rib tacos look great, not to mention the roast beef, it looks juicy I would just add a sauce in a molcajete and that's it. Ready to eat!!!
Some of the best memories were sitting around with my dad listening to old Los Apson records. Such a fun band.
My parents are super fans of los apson 🤙🏼
Dude thanks for reminding me the same with my dad. I’m about to hit Spotify with some old Mexican rock.
@@mayanaztec6440 I did the same lol was Rocking some Apsons and Teen Tops as well!
@@TheMad0ne Yes los teen tops( Enrique Guzman)es uno de los mejores.
The giggles when eating the food made my entire month!!!!! Outstanding!!!
This is some of the most banging food that's ever been on this channel. I'm literally looking for a Sonoran spot in my city right now.
Good luck! The only issue that I think you might have is that the meat that they used comes directly from Sonora and there’s something about how they feed their cows in Sonora that they make the meat more delicious
Love a grilled yellow corn tortilla crispy & chewy! Carne Asada ! 🌮🌮🌮🌮
Wow, for those who haven't tried Mexican food, it's amazing. Mark you just on that other level. Well done.

nothing will ever taste as good as mexican food
As soon as my husband saw this video we took a flight to Tucson !!!!!!!! Delicious!!!!!! We love your food videos
Micah is going to be the most well rounded and accepting person ever!
I'm proud to say that my dad's family is from Sonora, there's something about people from Sonora everything is so flavorful and naturally cooking runs in our blood. El sabor de Sonora es el mejor 🇲🇽
This is making me so hungry for tacos and costilla, and I'm in Mexico City. Need to go out and eat now!
Love this .. what a gem little city for Mexican food .. you can see how delicious the food is just by how it looks
Anyone else wanna see Mark obliterate the lineup at Hot Ones? Please, Sean & Mark, make it happen!
They’d need a new lineup of nothing but 1 million + scoville lol
I would love to see him crush that and to see what Sean could dig up on him.
Wonder if the wings would make him go, "Oh Wow!" hahaha

i bet hes got a lot of interesting stuff to say too
I'm always fascinated by Mexico though i haven't been there yet. It's an exotic country with amazing food and culture. Wish i could travel there soon.
Come over and I will show you, how we are, and what we do !!
I'm Mexican but trust me don't eat testicle tacos or tacos of testicle that's nasty. Disgusting not all Mexican eat tacos of testicle .
Is like Chinese eating dogs. But not all Chinese eat dogs
Just do it!
You only live once,compa!
Congrats on hitting 8m subs Mark👏👏. You deserve every single one.
Our Mexican gastronomy breaks borders, being the best International cuisine on the planet.
You are definitely right. BBQ is up there but doesn't match the versatility, traditions, and ingredients Mexican food has to offer.
Haci es.

Mexican and Italian cuisine is the best in my opinion
This is originally Mexico
The way dude looks into my soul while he’s gumming down his favourite too hot burrito. That’s what does it for me.
Hahaha that exactly how I felt hahahaha

Hermosillo, Obregon and Guaymas Sonora are the most amazing places to eat the best foods in Sonora Mexico
Amen!!!!
This stuff looks mouth watering. The confidence of the cooks tells you that they know the food is gonna be bomb.
Mark , eres una hermosa persona por dentro y fuera, muy profesional y respetuoso con todas las culturas,te admiro y sigo desde ase tiempo igualmente tu esposa e hijo DLB.

This is one of the BEST places to eat in Arizona...PERIOD!!!!! I'm a native of Arizona, and have eaten here too many times to count. You should come up to Phoenix and eat at the Indian Fry Bread House. The best place to get frybread, if you can't go to a Pow-Wow. True Story 👍!
The best duo on RUclips is Mark & Mexican Food🔥🔥🔥
That's what I calls tacos, Tucson Arizona people knows how to make tacos the best , not like what we have here in NYC, I have to go to Tucson just for tacos, thanks you Mark, I give it 10 out of 10
Tucson has nothing on Sonora,Tijuana,or California.
Sonora tacos way diff than cali but both are good fs
they Best tacos out of México are here in California
@@corsan172011 thats cap, im from texas and arizona has some of the best mex food. california puts hot cheetos in the food Lmao
@@unxylene I ve been un Texas and is more tex-mex food in there
@ Mark Wiens You mentioned that they served pickled vegetables on their Salsa Bar.
Imagine being abroad and missing your hometown food SONORA everyday! that's torture!
See this is what keeps me here. All of this and the beautiful sunsets are me comfort zone lol
My favorite videos of yours are when you’re out eating tacos or anything Mexican or anything with chilies! wait.. that’s pretty much is everyone of your videos

One of the best episodes in a long time. I really enjoyed this one Mark. Thanks for taking us on another terrific tour.
My hometown born & raised, so happy to see how much you enjoy the delicious & BEST mexican food we have here to offer! You visited some of my favorite places thank you for always coming back to Tucson 💙💙💙🙌

Tacos Apson is down the street from home....let's go next time!
Best video
Mexican food is 100% the best food in the world
I could tell those ribs were not tender at all.
@@MR.E214 I've had Mexican ribs before. I've been down there at least 20 times and live in Texas. I like the flavor, but they are not tender.
@safeandeffectivtjats what the tortilla is for elol
