Welcome to Montego Bay, Jamaica! During our trip there, filming videos about Jamaican food and culture, we rented an apartment right near the beach in Montego Bay. In this video, I’ll give you a full tour of our two bedroom apartment, and also do some walking around the area. The apartment was located in a little bit of a tourist main area of Montego Bay, but with plenty of small shops and restaurants around. Location was ideal. #Jamaica #MontegoBay #travel
The day before we filmed this apartment tour, we had met up with Mark and Sky while eating Jamaican jerk bbq. We figured out we were staying right next to their office at Island Routes - and so the next morning, they invited us over to their office to hang out, have coffee and some unique Jamaican snacks. Mark and Sky who work at Island Routes.
Great place in Montego Bay, and we had an amazing time in Jamaica.

@@Wanderer25 me and my mate were in mo bay in january. we went to tivoli gardens thru denham town and orange street.it really was a diffrent jamaica.we are from england . tivoli gardens has a bad reputation and we were pretty nervous.the people were real friendly and looked after us there. great people and respect to them.

I adore Jamaica! Landed in Montego Bay but stayed at Riu in Negril 3 years ago. People there are beautiful inside and out. Respectful and humble. I want to go back so bad. I love Jamaica a lot more than Cancun and I'm Mexican. The hospitality the food the energy the vibes the sun the air the water is heaven!
You should come back soon if you hasn't visit ocho Rios or trench town Bob Marley's museum.
This makes me so happy. Once this pandemic dies down and safe to do so, I plan on traveling to visit my Grandmother's land.

I stayed at the Rio (the pricier one) for my first Jamaica visit ever and it was amazing. Everyone I would speak with would mention it being their 2and 3rd or FOURTH time visiting and I saw why. I cant wait to go back.

Hey Mark... Just an FYI at that apartment complex u stayed at the trick is the higher the floor the more space you get. The true 2 bedrooms are on the higher floors... I stayed there and it was awesome. Plus on the very top where you guys met the editors there is a larger Hotel called El Greco... Now the rooms there are excellent. The only downside is it does not have a view... But you can still do everything you can just like at any other hotel..
