    2 months with your tabata videos and, that's true I didn't do it everyday 😅, but results are here with or without other workouts.

      @@mapletree4283 I've done these kind of workouts since i was 14- I'm 16 now, I went from 70kg to 50- I did a bad diet tho- not anymore tho but I still do this/these workouts 😃✋😗, so yeah yes these workout works if u eat healthy too- these kind of workout ...u literally do the same in the gym but harder with lift stuff- SO BYE🤸‍♂️🕳

    1탄 2탄 각각한세트씩 이어서 하고 있습니다 뱃살이 좀 있는편이었는데
    3주차로 11자 복근형태가 갖춰지고
    살은 3KG빠졌습니다
    식량 변화없이 꽤 효과적인 운동인 것 같네요
    이제 4주차부터는 식단도 좀 변경하려합니다
    꼭 여러분도 이루는 목표까지 최선을 다하셨으면 좋겠습니다
