My family and I love to do stretches first before this warm-up exercise which turns out to be the actual workout itself. haha! Kidding aside, this really is our daily warm-up workout. Thanks for making this video. Not only that we get to be healthy, but also we spend family time exercising and enjoying the music at the same time. Keep it up!

It's good warm up for beginners. It's easy to follow and do it 'cause it didn't do any jump. You can feel every joint of your body warming up. 10/10 would recommend!

I'm doing this as my real workout 🤣. I'll increase the pace for every movement & no rest. Make it 6x repeat. It's exciting & easier for me since i got knee problem. I change a bit the routine because i couldn't bend my knee regularly 😂.

Just try to better you yourself everyday. Slowly add some new exercises or do an more hard warmup. Change your warmups every week or month. Your body will adapt to this warmup and it will feel way easier when you started and when you feel this is easy. Try a new harder one. Then eventually do a workout . Hope this helped! 💪💪💪
