- Join me as I make the drive from Boise, Idaho to Vancouver for my next set of adventures in British Columbia. I absolutely love road tripping but don’t often share much about what that part of my travels are like. In this video I take you along on this two-part drive with a stop at a peaceful campsite in Washington to spend the night on the way. I hope you enjoy coming along for the ride! Thanks for watching ❤︎

Love your vids . Been following you since before you had your babies. Wishing you amazing adventures and successes.
Thank you for your longtime support! ☺️
Really enjoyed the road trip video!
Love the new microphone!!! Works perfectly especially in wind!
Yes! Total plus for the wind issues for sure 👍
Nice video! I'm enjoying all of them!
Thanks Jen for sharing these trips. You are therapy for me and don't even know how much of a blessing you are. Love you.
That means so much to me. I’m so happy you enjoy the vids. Sending lots of love 💕
Yeah! Nice way to start my morning with a video frim you😊!
So happy to hear you enjoy them! ☀️
I learned with my 4R to mark the tires with a marker and check them before I leave the dealership because I've had problems with them not rotating my tires also.
Interesting! Thanks for the tip 👍
That is a good idea
@@wallace29803 I’ve had issues in the past. Now I get to fight with a body shop as someone just decimated my entire drivers side backing out of a parking spot.
I thoroughly enjoyed this! Thanks for bringing me along !! So beautiful!
Glad you enjoyed it! ☺️
I am so excited I found you again, used to follow you ages ago then you disappeared, and yeah your here.
Still here, just a bit different 😉
Seems like a great camping ground you visited during your trip. By the way, I dig the rich blue color of your 4Runner…..don’t see that one too often.
I’ve been rewatching your old planner videos and I love them! Even now they have great advice. I love your camping content ❤ love that you are still sharing with us 😊 Thank you!
I’m so happy you still find them useful! 📒
My husband and I went on a group tour up in New England area. It was one of those ‘leaf peeking tours’. We both don’t really do crowds that well, but, the tour guide, driver and people on this tour were exceptional people. By the end of it, we all felt like family. This 61 year old hasn’t felt that sense days of going to camps as a child. It is amazing when you just take that first step out. We are now planning more trips! 😊❤ Thank you for all your videos. You are one of those that have inspired me to step out. Thankfully one of your longtime followers and friend.
Oh, the new mic sounds great too.
That is amazing!! I’m so happy you had such a positive experience. Kudos to you for trying something outside your comfort zone! 🍁
What tour was it? There’s quite a few to choose from.
@@julieberry1683the tour was through “Insight Vacations”. We planned it through our Auto Club travel agent. She and a fellow colleague had taken it and recommended it to us. The tour takes you up and around the New England States. It allows you to explore and experience the surrounding areas and towns. Along with enjoying the changing colors of nature.
Awesome interesting and great videos Jen ~ the water/beach looks so pretty.....keep feeling better and healing each day with your hip, so sorry to hear an injury happened to your hip Jen. Sending love and care!
Thank you! I’m healing slowly but surely 😊
I lived in Blaine where the Peace Arch is. We used to go up to Canada all the time. Not sure if you've been to Victoria but that's always fun. I like your new set-up!
Lovely video. Looking forward to the rest of your adventure.
Vancouver beach looks so beautiful. I enjoyed the road trip.
It’s so beautiful. I’m glad you enjoyed the vid! 😁
I have been following you since the very beginning, love all your content still Jen, and I even enjoy it more. Love, Iman
Thank you, Iman. I really appreciate your longtime support ❤️
My hubby and I planned this exact trip for September, but alas, life got in the way. Maybe next year. It was nice to virtually ride with you, thanks!
I hope you get to go! Vancouver is so lovely 👌
I enjoyed your road trip.
Happy to hear that! Thanks for watching ☺️
Winnie would of loved that beach
She actually hated sand 😆 especially in her later years. She wouldn’t set paw on it. I’d carry her onto a beach now and then but we wouldn’t linger because she did not like that sand 🤷♀️
Hey Jen, you give me inspiration. I am launching next Spring! I also love road trips, and do my deep thinking on them. ❤❤
That sounds awesome! Wishing you all the best on your adventure 👍
Fun to see you in my neck of the woods!!
I don’t know which neck you’re referring to exactly (ID/WA/BC) but they’re all lovely spots!
You passed through, Baker City OR about 2 hours west of Boise. 🥰
Unless you went north first I guess LOL I maybe just got excited to see Boise lol
❤❤❤
❤️❤️❤️
❤❤❤Always love a new video❤❤❤
😁😁😁
Come to Newfoundland, Canada Jen. Stunning views - they even filmed some of Disney's Peter Pan here. It's a journey, but well worth it!
Oh wow! I’d love to visit one day 😊
I love to watch these videos of women traveling alone. It is so appealing to me in some ways. (I am happily married). I don’t know if I could do it. I root for you to find fulfillment in your travels ❤❤❤
I appreciate your support! Also, you never know if you don’t try 😉
I just love your videos, Jen! The mic sounds great. There was a slight high-pitched hum in the car segment (13:30) but I didn't hear it anywhere else, including the other car segments. Maybe the mic picked it up from something else running in car? Anyway, it seems like a versatile accessory, especially with a dead cat for windy days. Thanks for all your videos. Hope you're enjoying the Fall season.❤
I’m hoping it helps with a general improvement…the trick for me is remembering to use it 🤦♀️
I am lucky enough to live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest!
Lucky duck! 😁
The new mic sounds great !
The km also are shown on the inner round dial inside your mph non-digital circular monitor thing! I’m in Vancouver and drive into Washington often and our cars have km on the outside and mph on that inner ring
Yes, that is super helpful but I’m so used to constantly checking the larger digital speed readout in the center that it’s confusing to me when it’s not in km 😆
Nice! I live in Boise. Hope enjoyed our city. ❤❤❤
I’ll need to come back to spend more time. Idaho is beautiful!
Yes! Next time bring your paddle board for the Boise River. You always have a friend in Boise!! 😀
Jen! I could've totally bumped into you at Natural Grocers! I'm always in there lol. You were in my hometown, literally! 😊
Natural Grocer’s is the best! We don’t have them around where I live so I always get so excited when I see one on the road 🛒
Come back in May for the marathon weekend!
Sounds like fun! 😎
You're in my state! 😊 I'm in Edmonds Wa. 20 min north of Seattle. I absolutely love it here. I hope you enjoy your travels. It's beautiful here. I'm so excited to see your adventures! I've watched you from the beginning... before you had children! ❤ ps... I still enjoy smoked paprika on avocado toast because of you. 😂
Oh my gosh, smoked paprika is the reigning spice of all time for sure 😁
You passed by me in Bellingham! ❤
What a neat place to live! Love WA ❤️
Wow you finally came to my area! Well I live in Kelowna, 4 hours from Vancouver. You should check it out sometime it is beautiful here they call it the California of BC..but you have to come during the summer. Anyway Vancouver is beautiful too glad you made it out to Canada.
I’ll have to add it to my list. Thanks for the tip!
you have the seat belt in the lower position, raise it up, the closer the neck it sits the safer it is, if
you have it too low then the risk is that it slides off your shoulder during an accident, and then it
can hurt you instead
Good to know 👍
A great road trip with our friend Jen! I enjoyed it so much. Thanks for letting me tag along. Love the new mic! ❤
Yay! I’m so happy to hear that! And yes, the new mic is working out well so far 😅
Also the km/h show in the same area where you m/h dial is (on the right-hand side). They’re the smaller size numbers. :)
Love from Toronto! 🇨🇦
Yes, which is very helpful but I’m so accustomed to keeping an eye on the big electronic speed readout in the center of my dash so it’s important for me to change it when crossing the border to avoid confusion 😜
Ah, gotcha 😆
