Hopeless - I’ve rented one of these horrible cars - this video doesn’t show what I need which is how to find “settings” so I can start changing anything especially “language” or “connecting with Bluetooth. I’ve never had such problems with any car I’ve ever rented

I assume you loaded the app to your phone? as that is where much of that functionality can be found
