    Small correction for the DRK invuln:
    You don't have to be healed to full, but you do have to restore your entire HP's worth for the buff to convert to where you don't die when it expires.
    Your version is from before the rework.

      Tbh for me is Living Dead the better Holmgang.. it forgives way more timing errors then all other Invulvs and after 3 GCD _Hits_ you are already on 90% life selfheal when you have no crit at all.. sure the "You can die" is still risky but Living Dead get way to much hate that it deserves imo

      @@kohlicoide2258 WAR’s rotation isn’t anywhere near complicated or ‘harder to perfect’, it’s literally pressing less buttons for greater pay off. I’m not saying PLD is difficult, by no means, but the mere suggestion it’s easier than WAR is the dumbest thing I’ve heard in ten years of playing this game. WAR is literally keep your dps buff up and hit your ogcds when they come up. It’s so brain dead it’s sad.

      @@rileyboy10 So literally the same as PLD but no DPS Buff to keep active and no gauge managment (on PLD) and tbh no Tank in this Game is _really hard_ its literally easy vs very easy
      Thats the reason why i say PLD is GNB without anything that makes GNB "hard"
      And what is easier depends on the Player, WAR is easier do understand but PLD is the only Tank with _no burst phase Preparation at all_

    • @rileyboy10
      @rileyboy10 4 месяца назад

      @@kohlicoide2258 It does have burst phase preparation though, ensuring you time fight or flight with your confiteor combo, that goring blade, circle of scorn and expiacion are up is literally more than WAR has to worry about already. WAR's 'gauge' management however is literally just ensuring you don't overflow which means pressing 1 of two buttons so it doesn't. And that is literally only if you want to play optimally as you suggested. Otherwise you're pressing what? 6 buttons for overall DPS? While PLD is pressing 9. With maybe 2-3 defensives you might be pressing if we're being generous. At least PLD has defensives to rotate and juggle. At a fundamental level keeping Holy sheltrons gague from spilling over is no different than WAR's bar management in content where it would actually matter. So saying PLD has no gauge management is false.
      You can dress it up and try to sugar coat it all you want, but it's mind numbing. It's not difficult, it's not a harder skill cap than PLD. I agree all tanks are brain dead easy to play, that's the unfortunate reality. But implying WAR takes more effort to play perfectly is just factually untrue.

    In your enmity explanation you telling people that simply spamming the aoe rotation will allow DPS players to steal hate is incorrect. It is impossible for a dps to steal hate as long as the tank is doing something to the mob dmg/abilities. So yes, simply spamming AOE attacks does hold hate(with tank stance on) and it is also how tanks do the most damage when they have 3 or more enemies. Which is why mass pulling is optimal. :)

    I have to say that, for gamepad players, gunbreaker can be a little overwhelming. Pressing so many off cooldowns and double weaving can be hard because most of them are 2 or 3 buttons presses, while in keyboard is just one key.
    I main PLD because of aesthethics and gameplay adjusting to my playstyle but everytime i pick up warrior or DRK I deal very similar damage (sometimes higher) with less effort but I enjoy having a strong heal in case of emergency for Ultimate progging and stuff

    • @delsingray5923
      @delsingray5923 4 месяца назад +2

      Hmm, no. That is not necessarily correct. War can just heal, but others still don't fully use this toolkit well, especially in a party setting.
      Gnb can actually be easier to heal as they are just a bit lower than war (only bc war can burst heal while gnb is slower), they have better mit than warrior does, so their hp is more stable (if they aren't aoeing).
      Pld can do this to an extent, but it's lower than gnb.
      The tank that falls behind is just drk, really, who can't heal at all, except with living dead.
      War was able to do what it does even in ShB but it wasn't enough (and most didnt even know to use it).
      So many tanks (wars even) just don't know how to heal themselves effectively. I've seen so many gnb who will not heal their own hp bar with superboile. Why would you make the healers job harder? Or they Aurora ahead of time at full hp and by the time the TB happens, they aren't passively healing themselves? But it seems war is better bc you do it just before or just after the hit, but if gnb did it effectively, the end result is the same
      But this person is just objectively wrong. Gunbreaker is not the worst tank in the game. Its better than pld and drk.

    • @delsingray5923
      @delsingray5923 4 месяца назад +3

      This video lost value saying gunbreaker is the worst tank (yes, I will fight you on that). That is just objectively incorrect. It has dps issues as far as downtime and carts go, but as a tank, it is not the worst. Dark or Paladin is that. Dark can't even heal, where gunbreaker, along with warrior, has the best healing. Warrior is still squishier than gunbreaker, it just can burst heal. The downside is gnb loses passive mit with aoe, where war excels in healing with aoe. Also, if used effectively, gnb heals and their use of superboile, they are actually one of the easiest tanks to heal. Both in savage, ultimate, and dungeons. Gunbreaker healing and mit is basically free, where darks at times have to sac their dps (which in turn, makes healers work harder)

    • @delsingray5923
      @delsingray5923 4 месяца назад

      Gunbreaker is actually easier than warrior. You don't have to manage gauge or keep a passive buff up. Fitting a whole burst on gunbreaker isn't actually difficult either. There is a flaw with the no mercy timer, but that's not the difficulty, its simply a flaw. Gnb is simply hit everything on cooldown. You don't have to think much about it, it will fall in there. The difficulty with gnb comes in if you're poor at uptime or if dps is too high, so it hinders the rotation due to lack of cartridges, which gnb needs to burst. Yes, warrior just needs a button, but again, this is flaw vs difficulty.
      Also... mention LR on war crit heals...

    • @yedi634
      @yedi634  4 месяца назад

      The part where I said gunbreaker is the worst class in the game is a joke HAHAHA, I agree though. Heart of corrondrum is probably the best short mit in the game if not in dungeon. I just don't like gunbreaker in raids where a single crit miss can determine whether you enrage or not. But yea, I agree with some points that you made.

    Things like DRK invuln needing a full heal from an outside source (when DRK invuln works exactly like WAR holmgang+Bloodwhetting), not being able to hold hate if you just AOE+run (when the meta IS to just AOE to hit them once, and then keep going to the next pack.)

    • @maxoweenie
      @maxoweenie 4 месяца назад

      @@snax9028 Except right now, with the way the game is, that's literally just ALL dungeons. You aoe once (maybe twice) to tag the enemies and just run to the next pack. You can *choose* to continue AOEing but it's not necessary and makes the run to the next pack slightly longer. If everyone's on the same page you're fine to just continue going to the next pack, then plant yourself and start aoe-ing to maintain aggro.
      Aggro maintenance is so braindead that yeah, simply tagging them with an AOE while running *is* what you're supposed to do. It's nigh on impossible for a tank to lose aggro without just dropping their tank stance, and if they *do* they can just... wait til the next pack and regain aggro, rather than stopping to individually tag the enemies (which staggers the pull quite a bit.)

    • @snax9028
      @snax9028 4 месяца назад

      @@maxoweenie But now you're moving the goal posts. In your initial post you say that "not being able to hold hate if you just AOE+run" is "misinformation enough that it's not really helpful" when the vid literally shows a tank losing agro after a single aoe and running. Yedi is right in saying you should follow it up with ranged attacks, provoke, or oGCDs if you want to maintain agro on the pack, and anyone that's tanked something harder than Sastasha knows that.
      You're also wrong to say that Living Dead works exactly like Holmgang with Bloodwhetting, because well, that's not entirely correct. Yedi also doesn't say that it needs to be healed to full from an outside source - that was just you. He acknowledges that DRK can self-heal through (incorrectly labelling it as life steal), but that this doesn't always work and may need additional heal from a healer when there is nothing to hit. This also happens if the DRK is stunned at some point during walking dead, or even if they just miss a couple of GCDs for what ever reason.
      So to quote my favourite comment from youtube: "you should really do some research or write a better script before you say some stuff that's ALREADY outdated"
