19 years ago I switched from a Standard American Diet to whole-foods plant-based. 14 years ago, I transitioned into an entirely low fat raw vegan lifestyle and I haven’t looked back since.
Changing my food to strictly whole raw healthy living greens, plant fats, and fruits healed me from a host of auto-immune diseases and chronic gut and health issues.
Within less than a year, I lost 86 pounds and could finally move without experiencing pain. My skin cleared, I gained a head full of thick curly hair, and experienced a dramatic change in my eye color! Just a handful of the benefits I’ve enjoyed from a purely raw diet.
I’m sharing everything I know about low-fat raw vegan & the “Do different. Get Different” mindset because nothing feels as good as health does and I want this for you.

All this ultra low fat craze is something I never got with. You need some fat, enough said.

Handful celery
Couple banana peppers
Red pepper
Food process these with "S" blade
Then
Two tomatoes chopped
Cayenne pepper
Lime squeeze
Chipotle
Wrap in collard leaves that have the spine cut out.
I think this is everything?

Wow, that looked so 'inviting', couldn't wait, I went out in my garden and took some leaves of the turnip cabbages, because in Germany we don't have that kind of cabbage you used. I made the mixture with some of the first peas and cucumbers, the taste was sooo 'uplifting', THANK YOU! Monika

Tanny, I'm so glad I found you. I've been trying to do raw and was about to give up. I've been binge watching your videos and am encouraged to keep it up. I'm about 70% raw and animal product free. People here in GA think I'm crazy.

I grew up on these type of greens but my grandmother always cooked them. I can't help to think these are tough and bitter. But they look delicious and all your dressings always look so yummy.!

not tough when you remove the spine and let them sit a bit with filling inside to soften them a bit :) around here people cook them with fat back , which is straight pig fat

I literally jsut bought some collards for the prupsoe of making some raw wraps (and smoothie with them) yesterday, I usually do raw tacos, but I'm always open to new recipes, YAY! yay for no dehyradtor, i jsut don't have the patience for it at this time lol Thanks for showing how to roll, similar to raw sushi, I can now improve! :) will do tahini dip but omit the celry as nto consistency for me :) xo

This isn't relative to this post but for some reason adding lemon juice from organic lemons into my water in the morning makes my throat itchy. Have you experienced this before? Do you think I need to wash them better before using, could it be an allergy, or just bad produce?
I ALWAYS peel the lemons and it could be something on the outside so peel them , but also could be breaking up mucus
