This job market is so stressful. They have a boat load of responsibilities for you to do, they want you equipped with years of experience. They want you to have degrees that cost upwards of $100k and then want to pay you pennies, referrals from the company your seeking employment from etc. It’s so insulting. This is exactly why people are quitting in droves because these companies and corporations have gotten away with this nonsense for far too long. It’s actually depressing and sad.
Wow, mistake number 5, applying with intent. My mentor literally told me to mass apply, for like hundreds of applications. It will be a lot of work to customize resume and cover letter for each one.
Despite being a student. I haven't come accross this. But this is really gonna be helpful for me in future because this is a unique topic. I hope ur doing well Austin mam😊👍
