Hi. I have a question. Do we receive any receipt from USCIS when we close/withdraw assylum case?

Yes, generally a person who voluntarily closes or withdraws an asylum case with USCIS should receive written confirmation in the form of a letter or notice. If you do not receive written confirmation, you could contact the asylum office that covers the geographic area where you live: egov.uscis.gov/office-locator/#/asy

Dear attorney i would like to ask a question if you answer we would be happy because a lit of people facing this problem. Nta has not served to the immigration court problem, so i got nta while i was in asylum camp, there is a court date and place on nta but when i check eior system with my A number no case found messqge appear when i file my i 589 form to the immigration court they rejected and sent back my form to my home address !! So what should be the next step should i file online with uscis instead of immigration court ? How can i fix this problem ?

In that specific situation, where you have received an NTA but the EOIR (immigration court) system says that there is not yet any case for your A number, you can file your Form I-589 with USCIS, but you CANNOT file it online. To file form I-589, you must file paper Form I-589 with USCIS by mail.
