This is the foundation of establishing a powerful executive partnership; one where the assistant is consistently leading up and the executive is consistently focused on key business areas to move the organization forward. Bravo!
Superbly said, Lucy. Ten minutes a day can free up so much more in the executive's day, and give clarity to the assistant on how they can work so much more effectively.
Well said, Lucy. "The Manager and the Assistant do the same job, they have the same objectives; they simply carry out different tasks to achieve those objectives." "The Assistant is the most important person a Manager speaks to."
I enjoyed this video, it is very informative in our daily duties and how we could really utilising our time and manage and supporting our CEO's, Executives, Project Managers etc.
We apologise if you found it offensive. That was not the intention at all. According to the World Administrators Alliance, 58% of administrators say they feel underutilised and 73% say their organisation doesn’t understand the role or potential impact of using them correctly. This video was recorded to redress that and to help executives understand the value of utilising their assistants properly. If you follow our founder, Lucy Brazier, on social media, you will see immediately that everything she does is about elevating the role and respect for assistants, and helping organisations to work better with their assistants.
@@executivesupport No offence taken. It was just a general observation. When I googled -how to use your manager proparly- google results shows pages as -how to manage your manager/offer help to your boss etc- . The language in general sets the tone. Maybe because people see EA’s as colleauges to be used, they treat them accordingly and changing the language may help to repair this view. And as I said earlier: I’m sure this video/this channel/Lucy Brazier has valuable experience to share and inform other EA’s.
