Hello, could you pls let me know how many calories I would burn with 14 kg kettlebell swings as women burn less. My activity tracker shows 100 kcal per 15 min/ 100 swings. I guess it should be more. Thank you.

I am going gym since last 2 years. Alhumdulillah i reduced almost 22-23 kg. i was 80kg and now i am 57 kg. my height is 5"1 or maybe 5"2 :-)
i used to do regular cardio and workout plan was made by my trainer. still my upper body is very weak.... :( cannot do a proper pushup. no pull ups. I do push up on knees. this month I tried a variation of knee push up. one hand on kattlebell and other on floor. now my wrist hurts :( its difficult to do curl ups also. weak wrist.

Your grip will naturally improve, by simply holding weights (like kettlebells, dumbbells, etc) and body weight. That being said, I don't think its important, considering yours & most of our goals.
