Also, love that I can do a 10 minute with a 5 minute video for a change of pace during a workout.

I thought that 10 min was too short to do something good but I'm in sweat lol That was a very fun workout to do, I'll do it every day (I have a 8kg KB for begin) and then I'll repeat it for a 20min workout with a heavier KB ! Seems to be a good point to start ... Thank you very much :)

I didn't at first, was only taking one three times a day which isn't enough for weight loss though it works for sugar cravings. When I upped my dose to three the weight started coming off pretty steadily. I am very pleased and will continue to use this product and recommend it to my friends.

Are you referring to the quick exercise title animations, at the beginning of each move? They're only up for a few seconds. No one has ever mentioned that it was an issue.
No. About halfway thru the presentation, a large wall of text appears. It seems to be close captioning, as the text matches your talk. However, even beyond that part of your presentation, the large paragraph stays in place. It covers roughly a third of the screen. I can move it upwards or downwards, but not get rid of it altogether. So I either see your lower legs or your upper arms. I am using Windows 10, if that helps.
