- Step up your ab workouts with the 44 best plank exercises ever! Challenge yourelf...how many of these planks exercise variations can you do? Try adding them into your next planking workout routine at home or at the gym. Beginner through advanced moves shown in order. No equipment needed to increase your core strength and to get flat stomach, including six pack muscles, lower abdominals and obliques (aka love handles). Men's Health came out with a 22 Plank Variations video, but we decided to double the options for you! Would like to ask if one was to do all the variation as a workout, should be done in a Tabata way, or reps?

+Ivone Faustino The best way we like to utilize these plank variations, is within our HIIT circuits. Doing any "abs" exercises alone will strengthen your core, but burns very little fat & calories. That's why we post our full length workout videos here for you guys. If you want to choose a bunch to do separately, try 30-60 sec each, 15-30 sec rest in between 💪

Atleast describing what plank variation you are doing at what time. 98% will not understand what is the name of what variation you doing. I know you can name 44 of those plank variations but newbies lime me can't name more than 10 variations of plank
