    Your videos are amazing. The exercises are so varied and inspiring. I know a workout is designed to meet specific goals, but it could be useful if you suggested some combinations, reps, sets (and pauses between reps and sets) so we can build our own workout. For me it's helpful to have a target in a workout so I can strive to meet it.

    Wow. Amazing to the extreme. I have started my fitness journey from 227lbs. Target is 175lbs with improved strength and flexibility.

      Yes. I changed to healthy diet and focused on workouts taught by you , especially with the plates and single dumbells and here I am on results from day 60.
      Weight lost : 30.5lbs
      Waist reduced by : 3.5inches
      .😊. Thank you.
      I am going to reduce another 25lbs .

    sometimes she reminds me of Charlie Bronson, UK. the man himself was the UK strongest inmate, great streetfighter and bareknuckle boxer. he wrote a book , and his book is using only ""bodyweight"" style of developing incredible functional strength for fighting . HIs, Bronson, type of workouts are muc less defined like the ones we are given here....THIS IS INCREDIBLE CHANNEL....usefull both for men and women, combat and noncombat sports....

    Hi. I really love and appreciate your exercises. Thank you for making them.
    Can you suggest any side plank variations to get the benefits of oblique muscle activation for knees with lateral knee ligament injuries?
    I’m not supposed to load the side of my knee that way.

      Trying incline could lessen the load. Check out my oblique video too. It may give you some knee safe variations.

    U r wonderful , as usual...I'm gymmng for quite sometime now, but still not clear on ,how to organise my workout everyday..
    I usually stick to full body workout everyday..using either barbell, dumbbells, TRX, parallel bars, plyometrics, Swiss ball and incorporate 1000 skips nonstop and 5 mins of tread at 10speed with small breaks in btwn!!!
    Is that fine!! Or any easy way out..
    Could you give some tips on organisation ..

      It really should all relate back to your goals. Don't just string together things because they are hard, but make sure they are meant to match what you're working toward. :-)

    Great video. Is there a modified exercise for the side plank side leg raise. I can't seem to raise my leg up or forward. Is there an exercise to build up to doing either?

      You will want to do it from your knee to start. And some oblique and glute medius activation could help.

    So I'm guessing that these will produce six-pack abs, strengthen our core, our legs and our arms? That we will gain greater flexibility and coordination, and our skin will attain a radiant glow?

      I'd recommend using the volume control on your device then to turn it down.
