Toast Skagen | Swedish Shrimp Toast | Skagenröra recipe

In this video I show how to make the Swedish specialty Skagen Toast. It is a very tasty, delicious and famous shrimp toast. Very easy and quick to prepare.
Skagenröra is the sauce called. It´s very refreshing. Some people even call the toast skagentoast.
Shrimp Toast Recipe:
50 g (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
50 g (1/4 cup) creme fraiche
1 tbsp diced onion
1 tbsp dill
1 tsp lemon juice
1tsp caviar mix
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper
250 g (2,5 cups) shrimps
(I used peeled shrimps in brine)
4-6 slices of toast
