The best part was the bit at the end, when Jamie asks his daughter if she'd like him to teach her how to cook it. You can hear a lot of things in that - his pride in his food, his excitement knowing that his daughter will love this particular dish, his eagerness to share with his family his gift for cooking. Jamie, you are the GENUINE article, and this is why we love you.

Love the channel but this is the first time I'm a bit confused. No chance prawns are cooked inside the bread, especially mixed with onion and ginger. 3 minutes each side - no way the heat even touched it, plus all of the coverings outside - egg yolks, sesame seeds and prawns make an additional shield for the heat.
And to add more suspicion - Jamie doesn't show the end result, doesn't cut the toast, so my guess is - he opened the toast and fried it inside.
I would never give my children raw prawns)))
