No cinema lighting, no fancy sound editing, shot on a mobile phone : Still is the best cooking show I've seen in a while. Thank you Jamie and Team family as well 👍
He broke af. Year or so ago all the thing we got was half assed ads masked as recipes, now everything aint so sunny and he is back to "family, humble, puppy eyes" etc.
@@ilian0002 lmao. No he isn't you fool. He's still sitting on a good few million. He's doing the 'humble thing' as you put it because he is also on lockdown like the rest of us
Jamie, big long-time fan here. This video brought me back to your begginings and I loved how familish, close, and humble it was. We want more of this. Thank you for all this years
It's cool watching him transform random areas of his house into kitchens. It really changes the way you think about the mechanics of what a kitchen is. The average person thinks of a kitchen as this static space in a house that never changes. To Jamie, a kitchen is wherever he is plus some basic equipment.
I actually think this series in these difficult times is the best thing youve ever made (tv wise). Having the family cook with you, even embarrassing you restores the soul. Would love to see the older girls more, its a little Buddy heavy , but love it!
Jamie is a superb inspiration to learn to cook. I like what he does, I first saw him on Tele in the A&E Latinamerica, then I found him on RUclips. I have learned a lot from him and other chefs that he features in FoodTube. Gennaro Contaldo is my favorite, and my kids love Kerryann Mac & Cheese recipe
Loved to watch Jamie ever since his Naked Chef days. He's so down to earth and passionate about what he does. his family are adorable too. Good wishes always Jamie. Stay safe.

LOVING the home style vibe and aesthetic of these videos. The usual fancy, studio-edited videos are good, but something about these raw at-home videos, I love it. Also, I mean, my favorite J.O. series of all time is Jamie At Home so....
I was hesitant to watch this as i am Mexican living in the USA but u made my dream come true! Thank you for incorporating vegetables and for not frying it in oil! Making Mexican food healthier! You rock!
I love this. Entirely uncomplicated and simple, but effective. For me, as someone who wants to get started on RUclips (not cooking stuff), this is inspiring. I keep thinking I need better equipment, and here comes Jamie, one of the wealthiest people out there, making an effective video shot on a mobile phone.
Been watching Jamie since I was a young guy in university who needed to figure out how to cook. Thanks for the expression of love you put into the world with everyone of these videos.
Awe-some! THANK YOU Jamie! You r a hero on this planet!! I love u and everything you stand for. Good nutritious food - always, but also that food should be fun!! And cooking should be fun and a big adventure!! I agree! And for me, cooking and food is a lifetime adventure!! Thanx!! Bless you!!
I am really enjoying this series. I think it’s the best Jamie Oliver has done, great recipes and ideas with food we all have in. Well done, great camera work and sound all done by and with family. Just what we need right now. I’ve made lots of the recipes and they’ve all been a success with friends and family.
Among most TOP chefs, Jamie Oliver’s recipes are so doable with options for ingredients that he throws in! I made this- Super easy and finger licking good! A perfect lockdown (recipe) video.
I guess thats why you grate them thin. Good luck trying to remove every single shred of veg... So the average person just wont bother to and would eat the whole thing. Plus, triangle shaped foods are so conducive for eating perhaps the brain goes autopilot mode and just decides to put food into the mouth without thinking whats inside

I most admire is Jamies creative ability to improvise a to use non traditional parings, such as the mint in this. I would have never thought about that.
That type of quesadilla here in Mexico is called "sincronizada" (synchronized), it rarely is referred to as "quesadilla". If the filling is cheese, adobada meat (and in some places pinneaple) then it is "a gringa". Quesadillas only have a single tortilla, wheat flour predominates in the north. Saludos.
Greetings from Ireland Jamie. ! This homemade production is pretty much like your style of cooking, just improvise and make do with what you've got. Did I just saw a Jamie Oliver recipe without olive oil?
I'm not sure he's okay
Think he might finally have run out
He better not be using olive oil to make quesadillas - that would be a disgrace to authentic Mexican food
