I think having the mince inside releasing moisture would keep the tortilla from puffing up
Where are you getting your corn tortillas, home made?
Those are absolutely not corn tortillas. Are you blind? They aren't puffing up because there is a lot of density and mass in them
Oops

Just tried this one out last night. Super easy and delicious!
Looks like something super easy to make for meal prepping. Alongside some vegetables, salad or rice, and maybe a nice cold dipping sauce like an aioli or ranch.

I love your recipes 😋😋😋
Making this tonight with venison.
Awesome Mark!! 🤩 I hope you will love it 😋😋😋
I don't think this recipe is a good idea. Meat need to be cooked more then the tortilla.
If she covered the meat with the tortilla only the tortilla is cooked meat still raw inside. I will cooked the meat more then half separate then I will fold it with the tortilla and finish it like she did.
You can literally see that the meat is cooked at the end.......
@@nateb2715 not cooked enough. It's light in texture meaning it's not fully cooked
@@the__GOON Im not a weenie, I like medium cooked meat
No way that’s cooked inside
Find out for yourself ya big dummy.
5 minutes on each side should cook it all the way.
I disagree, try hamburger without tortilla and you will se that 5 min on both sides does not cook it through @realteabaggins
@@bosherbathat’s way thinner than a regular hamburger
You dont want beef cooked all the way through anyway.
Yes happy to see your program of cooking, still learning with you I missed your show and ask if you were on daytime also. I'm so busy live on a acre of land and busy outside cleaning, feeding and getting busy for Thanksgiving and Xmas. T truly missed you but I'm back now

Thank you for another great recipe. My parsley doesn’t look like yours .. mine is more the curly leaf…should I be using Italian parsley instead?
