I'm low carbing and reducing my fat intake, so I'm going to substitute the hamburger with ground chicken, spray oil instead of olive oil, and use zero carb tortillas. Thank you so much for the great recipes.

i mean, that is basically a quesadilla, use cilantro instead of the parsley and chili powder instead of paprika and you have a good quesadilla, on the first recipe.
We have a 10" tortilla press for the big needs as well as 6" and 8" press. Grow n grind our own grains. Chickens cows goats horses and ducks n turkeys etc. We're old. 80 and 70.hundreds ofn miles from cities. Cattle country.30 plus mile 360° pan no sign of humanity. No roads houses poles .Just mountains forest plains and snow. All solar n wind. No utilities or services. Peaceful.😂❤😅
