- 1/3Tsp Salt
(塩)
- 1/2Tsp Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
- 1/4Tsp Chili Pepper Powder
(チリパウダー)
- 1/8Tsp Ground Black Pepper
(胡椒)
- 1 Egg white
(卵白)
- 1Tbsp Corn starch
(コーンスターチ)
- Bread

- Medium heat 5~7 minutes

I just change the ingredients to make the dish suit my taste. And I just hope my video has an easy way to communicate so that you can successfully make the dishes that you like. So Nino, I did a bit of research because I was curious too, as to what the vein in the inner crescent of the shrimp is and I found out that it is called the 'white vein' which is simply it's blood vessels.
The vein is not red because shrimp's blood is of a clear colour.

Edit: So guys, I made this today and I urge you all to try it as well!!! It was so good. I tried it with Thai chilli sauce and it was bomb!!!!

hey again! if you're looking for someone who tried this, you found the right comment! i decided to make these for my best friend because i had to for dinner, and they turned out so good! i think i used more of the spices according to my preferences but that's alright, it adds a bit of flavour into the dish. if you make the cheese dip from the fries video that nino made a while ago, then it turns out pretty delicious! if you don't have some of the spices, or you preferably don't like them, you can skip them too and they'll still turn out delicious. i thought the recipe would take a lot of effort and ingredients, but it's only just some spices, bread, and shrimp. i highly recommend you try this!

I want to clarify that this is not korean food. It's Chinese food. not saying all, but many korean mukbangers just claim it to be korean food in their titles thus why it has led so many people to believe it's korean.

A little heads up for those wanting to make it.
1. Don’t use whole wheat bread
2. Be very careful with the heating!!
3. Make a tester before making a larger batch !
Quick tip: freeze the bread first and then cut it. This way, it’s easier to cut and is stiff

just tried this, i didn't put any chili powder and added too much egg whites + didn't really follow the instructions/just eyeballed the ingredients because i only had 260g shrimp BUT IT STILL TASTED GOOD!!!! I love it!!
