- 500g Chicken breast
(鶏の胸肉)
- 100g Onion
(玉ねぎ)
- 40g Mayyonaise
(マヨネーズ)
- 2/3Tsp Salt
(塩)
- 1,5Tsp Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
- 1Tsp Natural Korean Chili Pepper Powder
(チリパウダー)
- 1/2Tsp Ground Black Pepper
(胡椒)
- 1/2Tsp Natural Garlic Powder
(ガーリックパウダー)
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes
(冷蔵庫で30分)
- 60g All purpose flour
(中力粉)
- Salt
(塩)
- 1 Egg
(卵)
- 60ml Water
(水)
- Cooking oil
(油)
- Mozzarella cheese
(モッツァレラ)
- Bread crumbs
(パン粉 適量)
- Medium heat 5 minutes
(中火 5分)

All the recipes and dishes I have made are referenced and learned on the internet, youtube, google... I'm not the first to make them, not the first to create a certain dish. . I just change the ingredients to make the dish suit my taste. And I just hope my video has an easy way to communicate so that you can successfully make the dishes that you like. I've never seen anyone bread their chicken this way before! That is genius! To make a little roux and then add in the egg and then coat the meat before rolling it in the breadcrumbs! And the crust wouldn't even fall apart from the chicken unlike with other methods where sometimes the skin would just come off? That is a very cool technique and a unique way to bread your chicken! I love it! Also the cheese in the chicken nuggets? *chefs kiss*

This is originally a street food of Vietnam, mostly found in Ha Noi, and Nino cooked it in his own creative way but still have the basic ingredients and the texture of the food unchanged. You should really try it one, it's unbelievable!!

As a kid I was such a fussy eater and I hated eating meat! My Dad wanted to get me to eat more meat because I was so thin. So he got me to try these frozen nuggets with cheese inside (I was okay with cheese) and I instantly fell in love with it. Im not so fussy anymore when it comes to food. Just wanted to share this because this recipe reminds me of those frozen nuggets with cheese inside! Looks so good!

his vids r so comforting
used this recipe for dinner with my cousins! they liked it a lot :D
some stuff:
- when putting the nuggets in oil, i recommend sliding a spatula under it and slowly sliding it into the oil. less change of getting splashed by it!
- i used a larger pan so i cooked more at once, but that obviously brought the temp down. i still used low heat so the cheese did ooze out but only slightly, its better to use medium heat like nino said
- i made it for 5 kids and not just for myself so i used four chicken breasts, which is about the right portion if cooking for your family! i made them quite big to be fair theres still one leftover
- if your blender isn't super strong, make the chicken pieces and onions wayyy smaller, my onions didnt blend as well as the chicken did.
- overall very nice and i'll definitely make it again, thank you nino!!

hello, could you make a typical brazilian food? we have wonderful foods here like the chicken drumstick which is basically a crunchy dough on the outside and a creamy chicken filling on the inside. We also have the brigadeiros which is basically a chocolate ball with sprinkles, it's wonderful everyone who eats loves it
