    Hi! Personal trainer and sport nutrition expert here, just a quick little helpful piece of info for you :)
    1. Carbs, fats, and proteins don't make you gain weight, it's the calories that make you gain, a person can eat very healthy wholefoods all day everyday but as long as they are staying on maintenance calories or eating more than they should, this is called a caloric surplus and will eventually not get the weight off or will stay the same weight.
    2. Sugar and refined carbs don't make you "gain weight", same thing, it's about calories...
    3. If you do intermittent fasting and you see that it's working for you then that's amazing! But as an expert, doing intermittent fasting for an extensive period of time as a woman might actually affect your hormones and your menstrual cycle in the long run, it might also not be sustainable, so maybe you could do intermittent fasting temporarily and then maybe just eat mindfully again :) please read about it, there are so many articles and studies about this regarding women's hormonal health related to intermittent fasting.
    4. Getting your steps in will make you see quite the difference, and it can be as easily as taking the stairs instead of the elevator, going for a ten minute walk, cycling, or basically any activity that you like that moves your body will make such a huge difference in the end!!

      People that are highly overweight have different insulin sensitivity and are more likely to binge on sugary/carb foods. They find often high fats preferable when trying to loosing the weight. As you lose fat weight your insulin sensitivity gets more stable and your less likely to binge in carb/sugary foods. You can change the ratio to more carb ratio than fats when the person is approaching the average fat %. You can also just go after how you feel. But always seek professional help. Coming from a fat loss expert :)

      I'm so glad I read this, thank you! after I had my last baby and was somewhat back to normal I started intermittent fasting and I started missing my periods and when it finally came, it wouldnt stop until I ended up in the emergency room feeling faint and dizzy from so much blood loss. I eventually was put on provera and it stopped the period. This cycle of no period then lonnnng periods went on for months! I didnt attribute it to intermittent fasting, I kept doing it, then I eventually stopped cause I was gaining weight lmao. But now I can see what you're saying making sense!!! Now I just eat in a caloric deficit now and workout consistently, so far my periods are normal.

    Hey girl I have been here since your first weightloss you have helped me lose over 80 pounds & one thing I thing I think that would help you is to stop fasting, I did ivf and it was hard and it worked but losing 10lbs in one week is absolutely not healthy, I started fasting only 2 days a week for 36 hours at a time. The only thing I meal prepped was my snacks, the mentality of carbs are bad is a very dangerous position to be in! I also in the morning drink a celery smoothie with pineapple, guava, and spinach and it’s sweet from the fruit and will keep me full until the afternoon when I drink it with my water! It made me very emotional seeing you gain your weight back when I was looking up to you consistently, I saw a comment saw losing weight is hard but keeping it off is harder, but it’s not a diet it’s a whole lifestyle change, and you need healthy carbs gorl!! Losing weight is hard but so is living in a body you hate! Best of luck babe and I know you can do it💪🏽💪🏽♥️♥️ p.s I did 75 hard after losing 80lbs and you should not do that challenge as your first workout challenge getting back into working out that’s a really big/ hard challenge and I know I wouldn’t have success if I immediately started out with that! Look up pop fitness brittney babe workouts, and juice and toya they’re realistic workouts and easy to follow!

      I have tried that I could only do 4 minutes🥵 at that pace and incline but I’m working my way towards being able to do it for the whole 30 minutes😅

    Something I wanna say, I get the feeling you think if you arent having an amazing magical weight loss week, than you cant record or show ppl what's up.
    That pressure must be so tough. I was bullied for being overweight when I was younger. I then became a trainer and for many years,.I was the fitness guru lady. Then covid, a baby and no longer been a trainer....I am nothing like the person i was a couple yrs ago. I've gained atleast 4 stone. Ive no idea how to dress as a bigger person. Man, I love food. I really damn do. I truly hate the diet culture cause it has robbed me of some damn amazing youtubers.
    I look at you and I see a gorgeous face with a knowledge of hair and I bet I'd love to hear your skincare routine too. I'm so disappointed that I see no videos and I really hope it's not cause you have boxed yourself into one area.
    I hope you are doing well, I would love am update. ❤

    Legit!! I get exhausted and lethargic every time I eat carbs (pasta, rice, potatoes 🥔). It’s frustrating because they tastes so good.

    Kinda sounds like you are looking for a quick fix since you are talking about that hard challenge. Based on previous results you may have issues with controlling yourself. you need to do something that will be a lifestyle change and is sustainable. Not having the food you enjoy and beating up on yourself when you fail that challenge will lead you to spiral. I hope you can do it, but it seems like a bad idea.
