First, quit draining all the gas out of your lawnmower. Just add Seafoam to the gas before you shut it down for the winter (2 oz. per gallon) Let it run fora while so it gets thru the system (carburetor and fuel lines, etc.) then put it away. It will start right up in the spring no problem. I've been using Seafoam for 30 years or so and never need to work on carbs or have trouble starting my engines (snowblowers, lawn mowers, chainsaws, or motorcycles, ice augers, etc.) Oh ya, and I bypass all those stupid safety switches too (made for stupid people who don't know any better) and you won't have all the trouble with all the cheap wire contact plugs.
I have a craftsman t1000 and stopped working in the middle of me mowing the lawn , it turns over but won’t start not even with carburetor cleaner , what can I do to fix it? It has gas, new spark plug, fresh oil & oil filter.
