It made me happy honestly. Everyone is human so we suffer a lot from burnout and lose motivation so I’m glad they showed that side of her. It’s okay to feel tired and unproductive, just stay healthy and happy ppl! :)

@@Emi-bs2wj if you're losing 10lbs in 5 days it's 90% water and will immediately come back when you finally eat. That has nothing to do with what can be done in 90days and obviously starving yourself for 90d is a way to lose a lot of body weight but not what we were talking about

People without any weight problems will never understand how much you have to torture yourself to achieve and keep your goal weight. It's a constant battle during your whole life. It's frustrating and took a lot of my joy.
If it's a torture and if it literally taking joy away from your life you are not doing it right and you can't sustain it forever. Workouts are supposed to feel like something you look forward to everyday, something that brings you happiness, something that helps you reflect and look inward. Please try to do something that you absolutely love. Please don't torture yourself ♥️

I feel you because I was eating like crazy I love sugar more than any thing but now I reduced it a lot and the most of the times I eat healthy I eat lots of vegetable and some of protein so I would feel full for a longer time but sometimes it is just so hard that I would feel depressed but I encourage myself when I remember my goal

For those who are putting all the efforts and see "no change" , cut a piece of yarn and meassure your waist, and cut it at the exact size of your waist, every week do this, then stick the yarn on the wall of your bedroom, you may not see a change on the scale, but you will surely see it on the size of the piece of yarn. Holy shit congratulations. You're motivatimg me to step up my game both in the gym and with eating healthy. I started at 176 in May and yesterday I reached 168, but have slacked off some. (Also Im 5'1 for perspective on the numbers)

What really helped me to lose weight first months was that I didn't bake brownies and cheesecakes anymore, that I used to eat on my own 😂😂😂 it was the whole tray. Now i need to do more effort
I actually came to mention that. Everytime I workout I gain weight and that's because I build muscle fast as hell. That's why I don't focus on the numbers anymore, just on how my body changes.
I did hitt workout for a month ate healthy but gained 3 kilos FAST. I was so disappointed and had to fast for 16 hours for 3 weeks and exercise without food to lose it again. Its really hard to convince your brain that its muscle when you keep hopping on the scale.
Right. Her brother shouldve had her lose weight. Not suck down protien powder. Bc the muscle weight gain wasnt what she was looking for but weight loss. For confidence. After the weight loss then she could've worked to tone or lean her body. Obv shed gain muscle no matter what but the type of regime he had he on wasnt the best
I agree with this. She did gain muscle weight and didn’t see much results. She could’ve dropped more if she were to change her diet that included more protein than needed because she wasn’t really weightlifting, she was doing more cardio but at the same time , he didn’t show us a full cut of her whole work out.
It was really nice to see a weight loss video with a person facing a lot of the same struggles I do with weight loss, and succeeding in the end. I have tried and failed so many times because I don’t see results quickly enough early on and I instaquit the moment the scale moves up. She didn’t. She just kept going anyway and absolutely transformed. This is motivating AF! ❤

As a person that is obese, this made me cry. Sometimes people don't understand how we felt with our bodies, I hate myself for not being able to eat properly but I want to start and being healthy again, I don't want to die because of diabetes. This is amazing, you really motivated me to do this. Congratulations girl.
@@XXX-hc9cd you shouldn't try loosing a lot of weight in 2 weeks. It's possible, but not good for longterm. Try eating less sugar, it's gonna be hard at first and you're gonna feel terrible, but after one or maybe two weeks it will be better
Yams keep healthier foods around the house you can munch when you crave sugar, cut out simple carbs but still eat some complex carbs or you’ll be tempted to binge. AND DRINK WATER. Mandarin oranges are my lifesaver, they are sweet and useful for sugar cravings. I lost 9 lbs in 2 weeks with 45 min cardio, but I started at 251lbs bmi 45+ so if your bmi is lower it would be slower.
I like that this video is being honest and not lying how workouts give excessive transformation in such a short time. It shows that these things take time. Transformations don't just happen. And when she was crying about how she was doing everything right and there was no change; that is something we can relate to. Thank you for giving me the right motivation I need to continue working out.

I decided to start loosing weight when I weighed around 220 pounds and am now at my current weight of 190 pounds. I’ve definitely fallen off the wagon and have found myself stuck for a little while, but this video has given me a lot of motivation. What your sister has accomplished is incredible, especially in a period as short as 90 days! I applaud her! Edit (July 2023): I finally got serious about calorie tracking and going back to the gym almost two months ago now. Started at 193.3, and now I’m down to 182.4! I’m super proud of myself and hope to go even further! :D
Remember that you're always moving, either toward your goal or away! If you walk backwards for a meal, then walk forwards for the rest of the day. If backwards a day, forwards a week. Week, the month. Just because you walk backwards doesn't mean it's time to forget everything and run backwards! Even pausing isn't moving in the wrong direction. :)
Congratulations. Try fasting and/or intermittent fasting. Increase fibre intake and get omega 3's (fish oil or fish). These will all increase the ability of your body to lose weight much faster.

True. The most important thing about workouts is motivation. Most people that workout do it cause they want to get ripped and that's their motivation. But some people need other people pushing for them

@@royal9593 What I did was very unhealthy so I won't recomend it..... So I started eating less and less..... I cut all my food portions by half and I felt that it wasn't enough so I stopped eating dinner..... For the exercise part.... I did a 30 min jog in the morning, then from 4:30 to 6:00 I played volleyball.... And then from 6:15 to 7:00 I did 100+ jumping jacks, 4 Rep of 1 Min planks, 15 sit-ups and 10 crunches......... I did it for like 2 months..... I have stopped doing it and now I just do 50 jumping jacks ( which is nothing and therefore not really effective ) and a 30 min session of jumping ropes because a 30 min of a moderate workout of jumping jack can burn up yo 700 cal!!! That's about 20+ cal every min. DON'T SKIP FOOD THO!! IT'S NOT GOOD..... But Stop eating junk food and try to reduce the portions...... Fun facts: If you reduce your diet from 2000 calorie ( avg diet of a human ) to 1500 calorie.... You will lose 1 kg without doing any exercise at all.

I hated cardio my whole life until about a month ago I began running until failure. I get it now, the runners high is REAL, and after you feel SO energized. So now I don't think people who run lie about loving it it took me 18 years to figure it out and now I love it. Push yourself and u will understand alot of things u didn't beforehand
I literally cry when towards the end of my cardio workouts. Like, I would be embarrassed, but nah... I'm working out like I'm supposed to so I'll cry if that's what I need to do to get it done.
For 90 days, that is one HELL of a transformation. I've seen people do similar changes with over 2 years of crossfit or other gyms. Consistency and proper nutrition do more than just the workouts.... that's the hardest. Props to her. Subbed!
For me it's the opposite😂😂 I've noticed that you have to eat and moderation. I've started eating only 1200kcal and doing 15 min dance workout, standing arm work out, and a no jump thigh workout with another workout vid I saw for ur core. This is my 3rd day and I've lost a pound and my stomach is a bit tighter. Isn't a lot but I'm rlly proud
Of course that not. Look, if you don't move your ass, you burn only about 1400kcal (more or less) as a woman. But if you grow up your muscles, you can burn 1600-1700 without doing anything, and of course, if you are moving, probably you will need 2000-3000kcal. That means that you can eat double and inclusive quite fitter. Always understanding that you drink only water and don't are eating 30 donuts per day.
@@username9528 it is important to not starve yourself if you do that your body may slowdown your metabolism and you will lose weight slower you can still eat a healthy amount as long as you burn more than you eat, in addition to this muscle cells burn more calories passively than fat cells so make sure to work out every part of your body. They don't have to be hard exercises but you would be surprised how much it helps to even workout your jaw or calves
@@cooperbrackett4556 ty for looking out and honestly I feel way much more active and my endurance has gone up surprisingly and I'm 14 so I'm not rlly starving myself I feel like it's the right amount for me bc 2 days ago I ate like how I used to eat cus my family took me to olive garden and to a ice cream shop😢 and I felt so sick after that I was doing some stuff so I went to sleep at 5am ( ik that's really bad but I don't usually sleep like that anymore) and woke up at 9 am cus I had to go somewhere and just smelling food made me want to vomit and I didnt eat until 5pm and going back to just 1200 calories a day made me feel so much better. Sometimes I do eat a bit over but I just do workout vid to burn that calories I ate but tysm for looking out and sorry for this rant😅

I really admire her courage and confidence to not only let her progress be online but letting her brother help her through it all. It’s one thing seeing your own body and it’s a whole other thing letting others not just strangers but the people you know see your body.( just a comparison I post my weight loss journey on RUclips too but when my older brother asked to see my RUclips channel I almost deleted my whole channel just so he doesn’t see my fat body. )

I can see why she might feel run down. She’s not getting fruit and vegetables. You have to figure out women’s cycles on these diets too. Crazy hormones. Still it was great to see a family member encouraging and trying to help another get healthy. In my family there was lots of shaming and scorn about being big but absolutely no suggestions about what to do about it (this to a child)
Friends, we can't expect someone to motivate us all the time. My parents said if you want to survive, you have to motivate yourself no one does for you.
@@tijiskitchen2956 Friend, motivating ourselves is not like no one critics us. Even our own blood relation will say you can't do it. The reason is they don't want you to get hurt. As well supporting will make us slow down the process. This is just my experience in my life.
She’s a cutie and she’s working so hard, but girlie needs a lot more green vegetables and fruit. Her foods are all white. Think island babe. Greens from your garden, split open a pineapple, nuts and grains and berries fresh picked. Lol. Don’t feed her like a man. Lots of fish too. Healthy fats. Avocados and fresh coconut. Her energy will sky rocket, her skin will glow. Greens and healthy fats are more important than protein for a women.
In my experience ketogenic diet, dairy free is often a great solution also for obesity. Sugars are like an addiction, actually a real chemical addiction for most people and obese and diabetic especially. Keto is a easier and effective approach to break the loop of that addiction.

You know I would have wanted to have a brother who motivates me and respects my body, because my brother was so bulling me in the past, until i matured and understood that i was just letting him manipulate me. Now at 15 years old I was down 10kg, before I weighed 75kg now weigh 65kg... I still don't have the comfort of showing me but lately I stopped wearing loose-fitting clothes and started wearing clothes that I feel comfortable in and what I'm most inspired, if I'm totally honest were you and your weight loss that you did a year ago I think but also a lot of videos they help you in your mental health too... Thank you for your inspiration and for all ❤️ I know that I am not the only person you inspired, I thank you and everyone who inspires through a screen❤️
You can't make fun of someone for being overweight, but there's no way anyone can say being overweight is good for your body. This guy is helping his sister to live longer.

I know for sure, because my own brother said that it’s better for me to starve for months then to get fat. I was never fat, but I was always bigger than my brothers (who are very underweight and have been all their lives due to genetics), when I was 13 I was working out and doing gymnastics for about 6 hours every day, I was almost accepted into a professional team of swimming (I was actually invited but i decided to not accept since I had other goals in my life) and gymnastics. But I was never praised for that, and my own mother didn’t care about how active and healthy I was, she only cared that I was not underweight like my brothers that never moved a muscle to exercise in their lives. My body was criticized, my parents said they were just “worried about my health”, but they NEVER said anything to my brothers that were sitting on a chair all day long and eating only junk food every day, why? Cause they are way skinnier than me. If I acted like my brothers did, I would be demonized. People made me insecure about my weight when I was the most active and healthy in my life, weighing about 50 kg with a height of 1,63, at 13 years old, just because I didn’t have a flat belly and wasn’t underweight, and it still affects me to this day. It’s just the truth. I just wish people would stop pretending that they’re just worried about health, you’re not. You don’t like looking at fat people, or anyone that isn’t underweight, for that matter. That’s it.
This is amazing! Love that you incorporated the little lifestyle adjustments such as curtains and cleanliness. I’ve found that just doing those things first thing makes a huge impact on how productive my day is!
I’m only 2 minutes into the video, but I wanted to say this. I am 44 years old age (male), I’m 5’ 10”, and I weigh 270 lbs. And although I’ve weightlifted a fair share in my past and don’t look as heavy as I am, I’m still what I would consider obese. I started allowing my depression to really get the best of me about 4-5 years ago and since then, I have been completely and entirely sedentary. I don’t even work at this point. And you would be surprised at how short of an amount of time it takes for an overweight person to lose their ability to do relatively normal tasks. I had gotten to the point where I even needed to ride the motorized carts at the grocery. Keep in mind, I’m out of shape but I’m not old or injured! I’m just now starting to formulate a plan to do something drastic about it, but please let my failure be your teacher and don’t let your health deteriorate like I did if you can help it!!!
Please seek medical attention or therapy maybe talk to somebody ,your mental health when it's better really motivates not only our mind to better but your body too. Just do it! Good luck
Start off small. Walk 1 minute. Then 2, 3, 5, 10, etc. As things progress, add other exercises such as planks, sitting knee bends, jumping jacks, a short/small sprint in your walk, push-ups on a wall then the floor, minimal exercises done often make a big change. Also, change the diet if possible. More water less sugar if possible. Other drinks make you sluggish/tired easily.

This was so inspiring for me. I’m exactly 94 kgs too and almost the same measurements. I decided to loose wait and had my diet plan made by a dietician and started going to the gym. It’s only been ten days but I lost 2kgs. This motivated me and I’m going to complete this journey. :)

I actually came to mention that. Everytime I workout I gain weight and that's because I build muscle fast as hell. That's why I don't focus on the numbers anymore, just on how my body changes.
I did hitt workout for a month ate healthy but gained 3 kilos FAST. I was so disappointed and had to fast for 16 hours for 3 weeks and exercise without food to lose it again. Its really hard to convince your brain that its muscle when you keep hopping on the scale.

She could’ve dropped more if she were to change her diet that included more protein than needed because she wasn’t really weightlifting, she was doing more cardio but at the same time , he didn’t show us a full cut of her whole work out.

I have tried and failed so many times because I don’t see results quickly enough early on and I instaquit the moment the scale moves up. She didn’t. Yams keep healthier foods around the house you can munch when you crave sugar, cut out simple carbs but still eat some complex carbs or you’ll be tempted to binge. AND DRINK WATER. Mandarin oranges are my lifesaver, they are sweet and useful for sugar cravings. I lost 9 lbs in 2 weeks with 45 min cardio, but I started at 251lbs bmi 45+ so if your bmi is lower it would be slower.
I like that this video is being honest and not lying how workouts give excessive transformation in such a short time. It shows that these things take time. Transformations don't just happen. And when she was crying about how she was doing everything right and there was no change; that is something we can relate to. I decided to start loosing weight when I weighed around 220 pounds and am now at my current weight of 190 pounds. I’ve definitely fallen off the wagon and have found myself stuck for a little while, but this video has given me a lot of motivation. Remember that you're always moving, either toward your goal or away! If you walk backwards for a meal, then walk forwards for the rest of the day. If backwards a day, forwards a week. Week, the month. Just because you walk backwards doesn't mean it's time to forget everything and run backwards! Even pausing isn't moving in the wrong direction. :)
Congratulations. Try fasting and/or intermittent fasting. Increase fibre intake and get omega 3's (fish oil or fish). These will all increase the ability of your body to lose weight much faster.

@@royal9593 What I did was very unhealthy so I won't recomend it..... So I started eating less and less..... I cut all my food portions by half and I felt that it wasn't enough so I stopped eating dinner.....
For the exercise part.... I did a 30 min jog in the morning, then from 4:30 to 6:00 I played volleyball.... And then from 6:15 to 7:00 I did 100+ jumping jacks, 4 Rep of 1 Min planks, 15 sit-ups and 10 crunches.........
I did it for like 2 months..... I have stopped doing it and now I just do 50 jumping jacks ( which is nothing and therefore not really effective ) and a 30 min session of jumping ropes because a 30 min of a moderate workout of jumping jack can burn up yo 700 cal!!! That's about 20+ cal every min.
DON'T SKIP FOOD THO!! IT'S NOT GOOD..... But Stop eating junk food and try to reduce the portions......
Fun facts: If you reduce your diet from 2000 calorie ( avg diet of a human ) to 1500 calorie.... You will lose 1 kg without doing any exercise at all.

I hated cardio my whole life until about a month ago I began running until failure. I get it now, the runners high is REAL, and after you feel SO energized. For 90 days, that is one HELL of a transformation. I've seen people do similar changes with over 2 years of crossfit or other gyms. Consistency and proper nutrition do more than just the workouts.... that's the hardest. Props to her. Subbed!

For me it's the opposite😂😂 I've noticed that you have to eat and moderation. I've started eating only 1200kcal and doing 15 min dance workout, standing arm work out, and a no jump thigh workout with another workout vid I saw for ur core. This is my 3rd day and I've lost a pound and my stomach is a bit tighter. Isn't a lot but I'm rlly proud
Of course that not. Look, if you don't move your ass, you burn only about 1400kcal (more or less) as a woman. But if you grow up your muscles, you can burn 1600-1700 without doing anything, and of course, if you are moving, probably you will need 2000-3000kcal. That means that you can eat double and inclusive quite fitter. Always understanding that you drink only water and don't are eating 30 donuts per day.
@@username9528 it is important to not starve yourself if you do that your body may slowdown your metabolism and you will lose weight slower you can still eat a healthy amount as long as you burn more than you eat, in addition to this muscle cells burn more calories passively than fat cells so make sure to work out every part of your body. They don't have to be hard exercises but you would be surprised how much it helps to even workout your jaw or calves

I can see why she might feel run down. She’s not getting fruit and vegetables. You have to figure out women’s cycles on these diets too. Crazy hormones. Still it was great to see a family member encouraging and trying to help another get healthy. I was never fat, but I was always bigger than my brothers (who are very underweight and have been all their lives due to genetics), when I was 13 I was working out and doing gymnastics for about 6 hours every day, I was almost accepted into a professional team of swimming (I was actually invited but i decided to not accept since I had other goals in my life) and gymnastics. But I was never praised for that, and my own mother didn’t care about how active and healthy I was, she only cared that I was not underweight like my brothers that never moved a muscle to exercise in their lives. My body was criticized, my parents said they were just “worried about my health”, but they NEVER said anything to my brothers that were sitting on a chair all day long and eating only junk food every day, why? Cause they are way skinnier than me. If I acted like my brothers did, I would be demonized. People made me insecure about my weight when I was the most active and healthy in my life, weighing about 50 kg with a height of 1,63, at 13 years old, just because I didn’t have a flat belly and wasn’t underweight, and it still affects me to this day.
It’s just the truth. I just wish people would stop pretending that they’re just worried about health, you’re not. You don’t like looking at fat people, or anyone that isn’t underweight, for that matter. That’s it.

I’m only 2 minutes into the video, but I wanted to say this. I am 44 years old age (male), I’m 5’ 10”, and I weigh 270 lbs. And although I’ve weightlifted a fair share in my past and don’t look as heavy as I am, I’m still what I would consider obese.
I started allowing my depression to really get the best of me about 4-5 years ago and since then, I have been completely and entirely sedentary. I don’t even work at this point. And you would be surprised at how short of an amount of time it takes for an overweight person to lose their ability to do relatively normal tasks. I had gotten to the point where I even needed to ride the motorized carts at the grocery.
Keep in mind, I’m out of shape but I’m not old or injured! I’m just now starting to formulate a plan to do something drastic about it, but please let my failure be your teacher and don’t let your health deteriorate like I did if you can help it!!!
Please seek medical attention or therapy maybe talk to somebody ,your mental health when it's better really motivates not only our mind to better but your body too. Just do it! Good luck
"I'm not old or injured" That could be your affirmation. Everytime you get discouraged you could just say, "I'm not old or injured! I can do this!"
Start off small. Walk 1 minute. Then 2, 3, 5, 10, etc. As things progress, add other exercises such as planks, sitting knee bends, jumping jacks, a short/small sprint in your walk, push-ups on a wall then the floor, minimal exercises done often make a big change. Also, change the diet if possible. More water less sugar if possible. Other drinks make you sluggish/tired easily.

This was so inspiring for me. I’m exactly 94 kgs too and almost the same measurements. I decided to loose wait and had my diet plan made by a dietician and started going to the gym. It’s only been ten days but I lost 2kgs. This motivated me and I’m going to complete this journey. :)
