I also took meal plan from Onlymeal for gaining muscle. In first 2 months I gained over 15lbs. I started to get compliments, even from women, so it's really nice and I finally feel happy about myself.
90 days of dedication and still my students are stronger than me 🥲 nevertheless I’m proud of myself for giving it my all and even more proud of my students who put in the hard work as well. They showed themselves and their fellow students that hard work pays off! I definitely felt more energetic at the end of the challenge and there is definitely nothing of that energy left after the newborn stage 💀 I will be back at it but for now it’s time to put my time and energy towards my little man 🤍🩵

At age 19 it took me a similar amount of time to do one pushup. I never played sports, never worked out before, started out doing wall pushups because knee pushups were too uncomfortable and after 3 months I was able to do 1, I think after 6 months I could do 10.
Being in better shape is honestly great for being a father. There's a decent amount of new and weird movement that comes with being a dad + taking care of a baby and if you're more fit, your body will have an easier time doing everything.

I started going to the gym five days a week two weeks ago. I had been working out at home for two months before. I immediately realized I'm not pushing myself at the gym cuz I was afraid of dropping the weights on myself. So, I got a personal trainer. It's expensive, but even though it's the same workout plan, the workout completely transformed. having someone there to push you out of your comfort zone is huge. I just wish my trainer would let me rest a little more than 30 seconds between sets!! And eating, boy that's hard!!!
grt guy...his hardwork payed off. 6 months bk i started working out with resistance band. 15yo male 42kg and skinny af bk then...i couldnt do even 10 pushups. 6 months in, i gained abs, bit pecs(d cut) and lats, biceps n triceps. i cn now do 31 push ups in 30 secs and well over 10 pullups in 1 set. though m still a tad bit skinny, i reached my max with my current muscle mass, so m now bulking and hv to do other arm exercises. a few days bk when i had practicals i sprained my left pec while doing d push-ups...inspite of that excruciating pain since the 1st rep, i still did 31(currently highest in my class)...this vdo further motivates me to workout harder
His energy hits different, this makes me motivated to get back to the gym after a whole summer with a broken thumb in a cast! I guess I will see you in 90 days!!💪🏼

you should be resting more unless you're doing superset exercises, 2-4 mins but aim for 2 on isolation exercises and 3 for compounds
