He makes these videos 5 months before punlishing. His last "I got shredded in 30 days" video was for Men's Health Magazine but he just didn't say it to us. He wouldn't just write "you are fat" in his comments if he didn't have a motivator already. He was gonna get the photoshoot.

You're the biggest inspiration in my life, because of you I was motivated to lose weight and I did. I just wanted to say you're the best! And this video was awesome.
Really motivational. I remember starting my own transformation two years ago. Firstly, I got some meal plans from Next Level Diet and started doing exercises at home. My friends were making fun of me, thinking I will give up. But day after day, meal after meal, I managed to do it. I lost 175 lbs thanks to my diet and dedication and I'm feeling a lot happier now. Nevertheless, I am strongly motivated for more💪💪

Nice man, I’ve been on a journey for about a year also. Was 140lbs at 6’4 and now I’m 210lbs. Been lifting heavy and including a super strict strength program. Much more muscular and strong than I was before now.
Currently super close to getting a 2 plate bench and 3 plate squat.

Also, depending on where you live schools can easily last up to 9 hours of your day. And if we include other important things to do, then yes, there's quite a lot of reasons why a lot of people can't train, sleep and prepare food all day.

As impressive as it is, I find it ironic how the magazine is called Men’s Health and the things you need to endure (not drinking water for 30 hrs?!) are just so unhealthy
Yeah, I don't get the "low fat through suffering" thing. He was still looking strong at the beginning of the video and I'll more likely aim for something like that then the latter.
I mean it’s just how to look ur best, it would be less attractive to people to see a more average image of them
The low carbs and no water is simply to make their body look more veiny, since veins swell up when dehydrated. And having veins along with their muscle is what the stereotypical attractive dude looks like.

How is 'being yourself with a belly' and having to lose weight for standards on a cover inspirational? Like having fat on your body is not good enough? He should have went for the cover with the fat he had on his stomach. That would be inspirational. Because it would show a normal ish (but still very muscular) person.
