Insane to me that everyone is way different, in terms of health risks, workouts, what to cut out, what to eat etc. really shows that you can’t just blindly follow a random workout routine to get to the “best” version of yourself. appreciate this video!

Today, I wasn't having my best day. I haven't been working out in a long time and have been eating horrible. I feel really bad and was just thinking I wanted to make a change. When I saw this I knew it was a sign to get back on track. Thank you. You don't know how much you help people like me

How do i bulk, do i work out as well, or? I'm 15, and now want to build my muscles what are you guys advice??
@@deadlystalker7483 Go into a caloric surplus, you want to be getting at least 3000 calories per day, and remember at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. And yes you do have to workout. Also look up videos as well because I dont know much about it, these are just the basics.

I recently went on a 30 day push up challenge with a 100 push ups each day, and boi did I notice changes fast. In just 30 days my push up record went from 20 to 50 and I generally feel like a better version of myself. Smesh liek

just started working out last monday. 120kg for 3 reps bench pr, 230 deadlift pr, 150 squat pr. 100kg bodyweight at 191cm. Really feel motivated since all my friends told me those are insane pr's for a newbie

Squat is a bit lagging but that is REALLY strong. Do you do physical work and what‘s your sports background?. I‘ve been lifting for 15 months and Powerlifting for 6. Bench is around 120 for 1. Squat 150 x1 and deadlift 175 for 3 at 84 kg. You might wanna look into Powerlifting as those numbers are insane if you do little physical activity. I could almost compete as a national level junior (a pretty shitty one but I still am a subjunior) and you outlift me by quite a bit without proper technique and training. Also search Matt vena on yt. He‘s a International Powerlifter with a semi small channel. In the description is an email as he does coaching. If you‘re willing you should ask him how much potential you have as that is nuts.

Having an electrolyte load phase 60-90 minutes before working out (1000-2000mg) helps boost blood oxygen levels and therefore helps improve performance. In the gym you get increased energy and a sick pump. On a long run you can run for days.

Hey Browney, I always love your videos and this one was no different. I’ve heard that working out as a teenager is the best time to start working out. I turn 14 in September and I am “very underweight” being only 95.8lbs at 5’6”. I finish summer weight lifting on Friday and I need a way to gain weight and muscle. (I do cross country [at least a 5k run every day], basketball, and track as my sports) What tips or guides do you have that can help me?
I have lower body power, but very little upper body strength. (Aka I can only do 2 pullups) the little weight I do have is basically all just muscle and bone.
Update: It’s been a year. I hit a growth spurt and I’m 5’10” now. I have improved a lot in XC and I now run twice a day (so much for limiting cardio😆). I was able to bulk up, and then I cut a little bit but not to much. I am currently up to 120 lbs eating a lot of eggs and trying to get a sufficient amount of protein. I’m bulking over the summer and then I am going to cut just a little bit for actual XC season. Thanks for the motivation.😃
You can go to Walmart and buy a cheap bench and bar and weights and a dumbbell for like a total of 100 dollars and take creatine and kee eating after you get full and you’ll gain some weight😁
If you can’t eat a whole lot because of your parents money problems like me then just eat more leftovers or beans or something
eat as much as you can and a lot of protein you are very young to train this hard
If you do 5k you are really gonna need to eat some calories my boi. Im talking bear minimum 5000 or else your still burning wayyy more than you consume so you wont gain muscle mass like you wany
To gain weight you will want to eat in a caloric surplus, this means you eat more calories than you burn in a day, you can use online calculators to find out how much calories you burn a day, then you can look up how much calories are in certain foods and try to eat 500 more calories everyday than you are burning. This is just to purely gain weight. To gain muscle you will want to eat protein and workout. You should eat roughly 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight so for you around 95 grams of protein everyday. You can find out how much protein is in foods by looking it up or looking on the label. Now for working out even without equipment or weights you can still do calesthenics. You can research online many calesthenics workouts and do those. I would say you could just start with doing lots of pushups and pullups, those are key to building your upper body. Other than those things, try to get good sleep so your body can recover well. Diet, exercise and sleep are the 3 key things. This only really covers the surface and there is a lot of good information online about this stuff to. It may seem like a lot at first so it might help to take things gradually. Hope this helps
great job guys! i've been fasting and gluten free/sugar free. it feels like hell, but the self discipline will remind you that you are capable of doing anything. I won't do the full plant based, but i pay attention to my red meat intake specially. don't forget that everything is consumed at different rates.

This was an eye opener, we’re all getting older. It’s best to exercise regularly and eat healthier. If you have time to sit on the couch and watch tv. You can actually watch tv and exercise at the same time.
That’s true! Since the beginning of july, I have been doing exercise everytime I watch youtube (around 800kcal a day) and I have already lost more than 10 pounds of fat. It doesn’t even feel like working out since your brain is focused on something else
