Incredibly inspirational. I'm a former US Marine - 65 yrs old - quit smoking 2 years ago after a massive heart attack (quadruple bypass surgery) and diabetes almost killed me. I take a lot of meds now and basically just hang on every day. But this video has motivated me to 'find my switch' again. I would rather die having fun and being fit than live being sad and sick. I'm heading to the gym right now and am going to push (reasonably but purposefully) every day. Thanks guys!!!!
This dude has destroyed the mental switch in his mind that allowed him to be unstoppable and push himself. So inspiring and I'm ready to create that mode for myself for my future goals and my contract to myself.
Slidis was the reason I started doing calisthenics. I was amazed by the sheer amount of weight he was able to dip , and I started training my dips with two chairs at home. And now I just recently hit 50kg × 5 at 16. Slidis is truly an inspiration among the Greek fitness community and he has motivated many young men like me to switch our mode on.
I'm a medical student, and there's no gym around my college and I barely get time my whole day flew by in hospital but I'm really inspired when I see you guys doing calisthenics at home I try to do home workouts after I watched your videos ! And I think that's a reason why I need home gym equipments! Thankyou browney
Do you want to become big or strong? Because if you're not aiming for big muscles then you might just spread your workout throughout the day, like do some squats whenever you have a break

Damn that guy is strong! I'm 13 and the gym at my place is 18+ only, so i cant go there. Now, i can do 40 consecutive pushups, 12 consecutive pullups and i just learnt the L-sit. Thanks for the inspiration sir, i wont let you down. :)
Browney, you and the blue shirt man have inspired me to go to the gym so many times. I go to my school's gym on and off and cannot stay committed since I feel out of place and I do not push myself to make time. Having equipment at home will make it so much easier to just start and get rid of the excuses I create. I also hope to share the equipment with my sister so we could feel a lot more confident to workout in public. Thanks for everything you do, I look forward to your future content

Bro the Slidis mode philosophy resonates with me so much. I often when working out or putting myself through stress find it difficult until I change my mentality and I feel like a completely different person. When I’m that focused I become so much more resilient and focused it’s incredible. Now I can pinpoint what it is and have a name for it thank you
Oh my god, this guy is an absolute beast. Absolute respect to Slidis, and to Browney and Arjen for keeping up with him! This has motivated me to turn my mode on, and use it not just for push ups but also life in general. Let's do this!
Browney is an absolute inspiration when it comes to persevering through failures and never giving up! Thanks to his motivational content, I've even started filming workouts and even if it's not the best yet I'm trying really hard to be better every day!. It might not be perfect yet, but I absolutely love what I'm doing, and I know that one day I'll become just as amazing of a RUclipsr as he is. I believe it with all my heart!
He look 's like he going to beat you up, but I haven't seen such a sweet man in a long time. It was really inspirational video. Thank you guys and I'm craving for more videos like this one.
I love how Slidis moves his hand at 0:23 like he wanted to shake hand with you, even if you were his subordinate in that scene. So kind and generous guy, respect! I would like to buy a full set of kettlebells to workour at home, but they are too expensive for me as a fresh father with new apartment and stuff, that would kick start my motivation to work out after years.
I have been watching Browney 3 to 4 years now and i have to say that he is a great inspiration for every person. I am from Greece and i also know Slidis! Slidis is a great guy...i have met him before in Thessaloniki and he has helped me a lot about learning skills for calisthenics. Although right now i cannot workout because i do not have the equipment for that. I feel that i want to learn more and get deeper in the calisthenics world.. So i think that that's a reason why i need home workout equipment. Thank you all in advance , support Browney!!!
Hey browney, you’re probably not going to see this but I just started my weight loss journey, I just wanna say I’ve been watching for 3+ years now and you guys inspired me to start losing weight. Thank you and the guy in the blue shirt for making awesome videos and inspiring me!
@@Heeect00rrr I literally served in the Greek army, speak Greek, live in Greece and have a Greek flag picture on Instagram from my military service but I am not Greek, have a nice day!
This is the perfect video for me as im about to apply to the army and it motivated me alot to give my best and train hard. I still have quite a way to go. Thanks a lot
This guy is really inspiring. Last year I was so depressed when I started working out. It really helps me a lot. Until this day, I went back to university and also work when I have no class. The real free time I have is only on Sunday and holidays. Every evening after I got back from work I always workout 5-6 times a week. I almost never got to the gym because it's quite expensive. So I bought a pair of adjustable dumbbells and use them for everything including weighted push up and dips. Sometimes I go to the park for pull up and leg exercise. Last week I hit my first good form one arm push up and that makes me so happy. Your videos (and a lot of other fitness youtubers) gave me the motivation to keep going and push myself further and eat healthier.
I'm so happy that I watched this video. When he said you have to turn your mode on it changed me. I got a workout in today and a cold shower and I'm not gonna stop! Love this content, keep it up!
I don't think I ever heard of slidis before and I thought the video was going to be like one of those yelling drill sergeant, like you always see on yt but this dude was so nice, have a cool story for why he became who he was, very motivational. Awesome dude
There is no world's strongest soldier, a soldier's strength is NEVER defined by only physical strength, but various other factors as well, we CAN for sure say, he is one of the Strongest soldiers.
If anyone didn’t want to watch the video basically he grew up with his grandmother and grandfather, and then at the age of 10 the move to Greece at the age of 16 he was smoking and drinking alcohol and one day stepfather walked in on him drinking and smoking and said this is for week people and that’s the day his life changed
You guys are so incredible and i aspire to be just like you three because working out used to be my way of life. However, i'm currently in the IB program and it's been a struggle for me, so much that i had to stop going to the gym, all i can do or have time to do is sit in my room, write essays or read, and i can't find the motivation to really enjoy myself anymore. I just want to thank you guys for the years of encouragement you guys bring me even if I'm not reciprocating by working out myself.
The beauty of calisthenics is that you ARE the gym. Instead of relying on motivation, make it a habit. Every morning, as soon as you get out of bed, do a set of pushups. Soon, you'll be doing 2 sets, then 3, then 5. Then maybe add in some situps, some body weight squats, maybe pullups if you have a bar available. Soon, you'll be doing a full body routine in 15-20 minutes, every morning, and it will be the easiest thing in the world because it's a habit now. You got this!
i just love the concept that the soldiers chose to be there and if they find they cant handle the initial extensive training they are free to leave because they would end up a liability when those skills and the resilience is needed to protect theirs and many other innocent lives.
Jesus loves you and wants to set you free from any bondages in your life! Call upon His name and He will save you! Believe in His death and resurrection and accept Him as your Lord and Saviour and be saved and abandon your sins and turn to Him! Have an amazing day❤️❤️😊😊
Hey brother i am very inspired by this video I used to go to gym but when my college started i couldn't go to gym for time constraints. I still do push-ups, squats, diamond push-ups, pull ups on my ceiling rack And some 95s with two water bottles (yea i don't get the grip but i try making the perfect balance) Well for me a gym equipment will be very helpfull as i will be able to do it from my home itself. You guys have inspired me so much love you all
on the outside he has always seemed like a giant to me but in this video we really got to know the caring and humble side of him and i absolutely loved it mann 😭❤❤ Thanks browney great video you're a legend
Hi I'm a 16 year old from the Netherlands 🇳🇱 who just started training calisthenics a couple months ago! Your video's have been a huge inspiration to me on my road to getting stronger. I have been training at home, but don't have the money to buy all sorts of fancy equipment so I'd love to be one of the 10 people that will win your set of home workout equipment! Thanks Browney!
Slidis is the SWEETEST guy! Awesome feel good vibes through the video. I work out using bodyweight calisthenics so I'm good on gear, just need to turn my mode ON! :D
👋 Hey Browney I started my fitness journey 6 months ago and I want to say thank you for motivating me into starting. I was always fat and un fit until I started watching your and other fitness youtubers videos. I was always amazed seeing people do push ups and pull ups and other cool exercises so I wanted to try exercising myself since I couldn't even do a push up and when I started my journey I was 14 (79kg). I started out by doing knee push ups, sit ups and squats and after around a week I was instantly thinking about giving up since I was very sore and I wasn't used to exercising, but I then watched fitness videos and your channel was one of many I started watching. Your channel is filled with entertaining content and when I saw the tricks you and Arjen could do for example: The muscle up and front lever, I knew I wanted to keep going and someday achieve that level of strenght and skill and do a muscle up of my own. I am so glad I didn't give up and stayed consistent because I am now 15 (64kg) and over the past 6 months I have lost a lot of weight and fat and have built more muscle and have gotten stronger. I am regularly updating my workout plan by adding more weight/reps and sets. I started out by doing knee push ups and now I am doing weighted push and pull ups, I can do 60+ push ups (without weight) and 10 pull ups (without weight). I have improved a lot but I still cannot do the really cool calisthenics moves like a muscle up or front lever. I've been training super hard everyday (except for sunday which is my rest day) for the past 6 months and I have been making great progress, but to speed up the progress I want to buy myself gymnastic rings but I don't really have money for them, and I would like to enter the giveaway and hopefully win and get gymnastic rings so I can make my workouts more fun and harder. Thank you for reading this and I hope you have a great day. 💪
i work and live in netherlands, and i use to sport lot of years, but since my job here in hard and bussy most of the year, working out is something i have no energy left to do it , plus the gym in the place where i live is kind of poor, with not much of equipment, my room is to small for any equipment , but that for sure is not an a excuse !love you guys ,love the videos , keep doing it boys ! ❤
I‘m a 17 year old football⚽️ player and I am trying to go pro. I work hard my coaches or others sometimes even tell me I am working too hard but I cannot afford home workout equipment even though it could really help me out on reaching my goals. I‘m half greece and this video was a great motivation btw!
This is the reason why we never bowed down to any conquerors, we were created through adversity, through the worst conditions. Ευχαριστούμε Ελληνικέ Στρατέ❤
I’m a Jewish 14 year old. I am in school on a normal day from 9am to 8pm. There is no time to go to a gym etc. I’ve been doing body weight exercises for the past 2-3 years. You’re home workout equipment would really enhance my workouts and help me pack on the muscle. You guys should keep this up your doing great and inspiring many people.
I’ve been watching you for a while you really inspire me to want to work out I can’t afford to go to the gym and I only own a treadmill but seeing your videos makes me want to get into calisthenics. I’m so enthused about body weight training. I’ve been miserably about my weight for majority of my life and I want to change that but still lack the motivation while also going through mental battles with self esteem and overall health.
4:27 for all the idiots who say he is Ukrainian. Being born in a place doesn't make you be from that place. Slidis name is Greek so that alone is something you can understand he is Greek. Slidis was born in Ukraine and lived there for few years yes but that doesn't mean he is Ukranian because his family are all Greeks. He is Greek diaspora. Many Greeks live in Ukraine especially in Mariupol and Slidis is one of them. He is a Greek commando and very proud for his Greek blood.
Everyone has they're one issues and there's probably people out there who have it much worse. In my case, I have 3 little siblings I have to take care of, no parent, I can't go to the gym since I have to stay home with them (cooking, bathing, cleaning...) at all times and we barely make it to the end of the month to pay a membership anyway. Your videos have motivated me to train and it's what keeps me going and hoping for a better life (they even join me in the workouts sometimes). I built my own bar with some scraps, but having some real equipment would go a long way.
I suggest that you buy a pull up bar that you can put over your door (20 euros) and an elastic band (5 or 10 euros), so you can do a few pull ups here and there when you have 5 or 10 minutes free (the band is to lift than the whole body weight in the starting phase). You will greatly improve your health with 10 minutes per day if you are consistent, I really suggest this!
Yeah... Roids can make any1 beast and with training you can be like that too mate....i give him the dedication and training but he is full roids just ppl wont admit it :) its sadge.

Hi Browney, I'm a 16 year old teenanger who's dreaming about having amazing physique, just like you. The only problem is that my family can't actually afford my monthly gym membership, and also I have very little time because of my high school work. I hate when I look at the mirror and I see skinny kid. Im trying my best to change this so I am doing pushups and some calisthenic exercises in my room. Your videos are really motivating me and making me want to put more work into my next workouts. I would be extremely grateful if you choose me in winning home gym equipment since it would really help my mom who wouldnt have to worry about finding money for my home equipment or gym membership. Thank you guys! Much love and piece!
Jesus loves you and wants to set you free from any bondages in your life! Call upon His name and He will save you! Believe in His death and resurrection and accept Him as your Lord and Saviour and be saved and abandon your sins and turn to Him! Have an amazing day❤️❤️😊😊
I really need home workout equipment for muscle gains as I am skinny fat and there is no good gym near me. But I still do bodyweight exercises but it really limts me and they are really hard to learn and progress but if I even had a dumbbell I would be happy. Apart from that I really like your videos and it has always inspired me to workout keep it up buddy!👏
There are a lot of variations to bodyweight exercises that make them easier for beginners. For instance, if you struggle with pushups, you can do them on your knees to make it easier. Then progress to only having one knee down, then to full pushup position when you're ready. If you struggle with pullups, you can put a chair under the bar and use your legs for assistance. And this applies to all other body weight exercises as well. There's a lot of free videos on RUclips dedicated to teaching people how to do bodyweight exercise, with all of the variations to make it easier (or harder, once you get strong enough). And you won't need to spend tons of money on dumbbells.
As a greek guy slidis literally motivate me to start some street workout and i also started calisthenics so a pair of paralletes and armbands whould be pretty amazing to be honest. Σλιδη πραγματικα εισαι πολυ μεγαλη επιρροη για παρα πολλα ατομα, απλα μπραβο για ολα και συνεχισε ετσι.
That's because anything other than the equivalent of SEALS aka the OYK in the Greek army is essentially garbage. When i was doing my service as a Tank driver we had many people getting discharged or whatever the term is for injuries and they were the most pussified guys, funnily enough they had earned their colors ( green berret ) too which means they passed ALL the training. Slidis guy is a physical specimen nonetheless.

Everybody talking about how amazing they are but can we just appreciate how this man prevented from busting his toes out in 11:55?
Slidis is the Greek to make all Greeks proud 🇬🇷
Watched this just before the final exams. The “Slidis mode” philosophy applies almost everywhere in life. Extremely inspiring…
Exactly brother! Hope you did well on your exams 🫡
Let's Go Slidis!
Proud for you guys congratulations
Greetings from Greece
8:00 browney was trying so hard not to laugh because he was scared
i just love the concept that the soldiers chose to be there and if they find they cant handle the initial extensive training they are free to leave because they would end up a liability when those skills and the resilience is needed to protect theirs and many other innocent lives.

Hey brother i am very inspired by this video
I used to go to gym but when my college started i couldn't go to gym for time constraints.
I still do push-ups, squats, diamond push-ups, pull ups on my ceiling rack
And some 95s with two water bottles (yea i don't get the grip but i try making the perfect balance)
Well for me a gym equipment will be very helpfull as i will be able to do it from my home itself.
You guys have inspired me so much love you all

Hi I'm a 16 year old from the Netherlands 🇳🇱 who just started training calisthenics a couple months ago! Your video's have been a huge inspiration to me on my road to getting stronger. I have been training at home, but don't have the money to buy all sorts of fancy equipment so I'd love to be one of the 10 people that will win your set of home workout equipment! Thanks Browney!
Die comment is scam
Did you got one?
He ik ben ook Nederlands en Turks
Slidis is the SWEETEST guy! Awesome feel good vibes through the video.
I work out using bodyweight calisthenics so I'm good on gear, just need to turn my mode ON! :D
Greetings to Greece 🇬🇷 from Serbia 🇷🇸
Having your own mode helps you focus on your own progress and not compare yourself to others.
All the best for the 10 winners.
👋 Hey Browney
I started my fitness journey 6 months ago and I want to say thank you for motivating me into starting.
Slidis on top! Much love from greece

As a Greek my self the guy is a monster
I'm 16... I never thought that I'd be able to do fancy calisthenics stuff like muscle up, front lever etc. But you guys motivated me a lot.
I'm 12 years old, just started following you a week ago but you've already inspired me to start working out.
One of your best videos!
Slidis is a beast!🇬🇷💪
This is the reason why we never bowed down to any conquerors, we were created through adversity, through the worst conditions. Ευχαριστούμε Ελληνικέ Στρατέ❤
I’m a Jewish 14 year old. I am in school on a normal day from 9am to 8pm. There is no time to go to a gym etc. I’ve been doing body weight exercises for the past 2-3 years. You’re home workout equipment would really enhance my workouts and help me pack on the muscle. You guys should keep this up your doing great and inspiring many people.
11 hours at school?! Bro that's insane😅
🥱
Oof, sounds like classic Yeshiva/Mesivta lmao

Browney would be a super human in a few years looking at him
"You're perfect schnitzels now" had me basting out laughing
Everyone has they're one issues and there's probably people out there who have it much worse. In my case, I have 3 little siblings I have to take care of, no parent, I can't go to the gym since I have to stay home with them (cooking, bathing, cleaning...) at all times and we barely make it to the end of the month to pay a membership anyway. Your videos have motivated me to train and it's what keeps me going and hoping for a better life (they even join me in the workouts sometimes). I built my own bar with some scraps, but having some real equipment would go a long way.
Keep it up. You can make it. 💪
Keep it up
I suggest that you buy a pull up bar that you can put over your door (20 euros) and an elastic band (5 or 10 euros), so you can do a few pull ups here and there when you have 5 or 10 minutes free (the band is to lift than the whole body weight in the starting phase). You will greatly improve your health with 10 minutes per day if you are consistent, I really suggest this!
Slidis is a fkn beast
Yeah... Roids can make any1 beast and with training you can be like that too mate....i give him the dedication and training but he is full roids just ppl wont admit it :) its sadge.
@flick funny you must not be into fitness industry so u cant tell.. at somepoint he took something i m not saying the hardcore roids. Just some Cycles prob like test winstrol and 1 more i dont remember the name with is a combo and then stopped but dont know ...
@flick not necceserily mate.... do a couple of test cycles and u will be fine even with medium dose.... extream drugs make u die not testo winstrol XD
Pls do more 90 day transformation pls there so good!keep up the good work🎉
Hi Browney, I'm a 16 year old teenanger who's dreaming about having amazing physique, just like you.

PHRASING! 😆
Aaayyyyyoooooo 😂
Slides mad respect love from a greek
I really admit it, the most broken people are the most caring people.
Everyone needs to understand this .
I hope you get the gym equipment it is the same for me
There are a lot of variations to bodyweight exercises that make them easier for beginners.

Hes pretty chill as a Drill Sergeant. They usually break you more mentally than physically.
Browney is so inspirational ❤
For anyone wondering slidis was a part of greek special forces as a paratrooper
David Goggins and Slidis would be best friends if they ever met.

My heart sank when he said 21 is staring late where as I'm 28 and can't even do 10 pushups. Man I'm losing hope.
Brother start today and you will thank yourself in your 30s! It's not too late at 28 it's early actually. I know men that started at 35 and are in phenomenal shape now at their 40s. I sai that I started late because I compared myself to all those youngsters that started at 13 years old! Start grinding!💪
Massive guys like him are always the kindest
