Man this video helps me feel better about my fitness level because growing up I wasn’t in good shape. I’d get tired after a couple minutes of running around with friends I just felt nauseous all the time but now being much healthier and having the ability to pass this test really just helps me realize how much healthier and better I’ve become.
45 second for 300 meters is not *that* impressive. Most young men with a decent level of fitness can probably do it. For 400 meters, it would indeed be insanely good. It's like two seconds behind world record.
