AirFryer Chicken Pattie Sandwich (Airfryer February 2022)

I will show you a quick and easy Airfryer recipe for a Chicken Pattie made from home canned chicken and home grown herbs. This is my own recipe that I have developed from being inspired from watching Linda over ‪@2leelouCreates‬ video from the Ugly Chicken collabortion.
Chicken Pattie
1 Pint jar of home canned Chicken or store bought canned chicken
1/4 C Mayo
2/3 C bread crumbs or Pork rinds
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Celery Powder ( can use dried Celery flakes and grind them up)
1 TBSP Parsley Dried
1 Tsp Oregano
1 Tbsp. Honey Mustard
1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
400F for 14 minutes
Garlic Aioli sauce
3 Large egg whites or yolks
1/4 C Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Salt
1/8 Tsp White Pepper (You don’t black specs In a white sauce )
3 garlic cloves or 3/4 Tsp of Granulated garlic
1 C light Olive Oil

Hello LeAnn! Oh my, this looks absolutely scrumptious. I can’t wait to try this recipe out. I love my air fryer, it’s so handy for just one person to whip up something in. I bet that relish and aioli is so good and makes the chicken sing. I love the fact you actually season your chicken so good since chicken can be a little bland.
