Crispy Chicken Fritters Recipe | Made with Canned Chicken!

HI friends! Welcome to Blended Hearts Homestead. It was time to use up some of those cans of chicken breast I'd stored away in the pantry, and what better way then whipping up some crispy chicken fritters! Mainly a crispy chicken patty you can eat on a bun or however you like. It's quick and quite delicious too! These can easily be shaped into smaller nugget-size bites if you want to make the kids some homemade chicken nuggets.
Ingredients:
2 cans chunk chicken breast
1 egg
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
Another 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs, separate
Vegetable oil
