Hi bro, with all due respect and the time you have invested on the content, i have few questions.
This is not sky to fall towards gravity on xxxx speed with respect to the mass. This is ocean were ,vaccum vessel will not go down coz of mass or weight because here its pressure from down will push up and it will not go down by its own when electrical outage happens if there is not leakage in vessel. If there is any leakage then, sudden implosion will happen which means sudden death.
You can try this with one big bucket of water and try inserting something which is air tightened like the same.
Or you can see videos of Submarines,which takes too much of power for going down .
