Fish Pie - British Classic - How To Make Recipe

It doesn't get much better than this. The very best a fish pie can be! Full of Flavour, Tender Fish, Crispy Mash.
Ingredients:
600g Fish
3 Large Potatoes
1 Large Sweet Potato
2 Cloves Garlic
20g Chopped Parsley
1 Fish Stock Cube
1 Large Carrot
1 Large Onion
1 Celery Stalk
2 Tbls Butter or Oil (For Frying)
15g Butter (For the Mash)
25g Butter (For Sauce)
650ml Full Fat Milk
1 Pinch Thyme
Salt & Pepper
