1 Small Carrot (Finely Diced)
1 tsp Sugar
¼ tsp Dried Basil Leaves
Or, 10 Fresh Leaves Chopped
1 Litre Hot Water
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Black Pepper
125ml White Wine
