Mein suggest karna chahunga ki jis din aap running karne wale ho us din sirf running karo, walking karo, aur uske bad stretching karo.
Cardio exercise ke bad running karne jane me koi logic nahi hai.
Isliye Running ko separate rakho aur home cardio exercise ko koi dusre din karlo.

2. Unka (your dad's) medical fitness-test har sal hona jaroori hai. In fact 20 years ke baad, har kisiko apna medical test har sal karan hi chahiye.
aki jo HEART ke risk factors jaise ki High cholesterol, high BP, etc. in sabki jankari pehle se hi lag jaye. Aur doctor ki guidance me use normal kiya jaye. Kyonki heart attact youngsters ko bhi aate hai.
3. Unki (your dad's) lifestyle kafi mahino se ya salo se sedentary rahi ho. Matlab ki unka fintess level bahut low raha ho aur uske sath me agar unko heart ki pehle se koi samsya hai, aur agar wo intense activity karte hai jase ki stairs chadhna, dodna, kudna, aur wo bhi ekdum se start kar dete hai toh unko CARDIAC ARREST aa sakta hai.
Dhyan rakhe... exercise se heart attack nahi aata. Lekin body me pehle se hi kuch gadbad hai jise address na kiya gaya ho, toh wo chiz intense activity mein accident create kar sakti hai.
Mere anubhav aur knowledge ke hisab se meine explain kiya hai. ir bhi...Aap jis doctor ki treatment le rahe ho, unse bat kar ke jyada jankari prapt kar sakte ho.

1. Ho sake utna kum oil wala khane ki koshish karo. Cooking oil, butter, ghee, etc.
2. Sugar ka upyog minimum rakhe.

4. Smoking, alcohol, tobacco consume kar sahe ho toh band kare.
5. Doctor ki salah ke bad light exercise se shuruat kare. Like walking, wamm up exercise etc...

Calorie burning depends on...
👉person's body weight,
👉body composition,
👉his/her effort during the session,
👉experience of that exercise,
and so on....
so, practically, it is impossible to calculate calorie burning of exercise. Many apps and fitness bands show the calorie burn but it is just estimate, not accurate data.
Clinical testing required for the exact calorie burning of particular exercise by a person. Laboratory testing is conducted in isolated environment While we live our life in open environment. So, there are so much limitation in testing too.

- Exercise regularly. If you are beginner, do at least 3-4 days a week.
- Do full body resistance training at least two days a week.

4. Be active: Walk at least 8000-10,000 steps everyday (other than your workout).

Absolutely.
Please remember: Spot reduction is not possible. Many try to reduce fat from hips or chest or arms, but that is a myth. Fat can only be burnt from the whole body.
So, if one tries to reduce fat from the waist by doing crunches and sit ups, then it is a waste of time and energy.
You should focus on total body training, adapt to a healthy diet and lifestyle. Your body will get into shape, and you will also build good fitness.
