      Running apne aap me ek cardio exercise hai (agar aap slow jogging kar rahe ho to).
      Mein suggest karna chahunga ki jis din aap running karne wale ho us din sirf running karo, walking karo, aur uske bad stretching karo.
      Cardio exercise ke bad running karne jane me koi logic nahi hai.
      Isliye Running ko separate rakho aur home cardio exercise ko koi dusre din karlo.

      Weight sirf aur sirf CALORIE DEFECITE se hi hoga.
      Yani jo kuch bhi aap kha rahe ho agar aapki jaroorat se jyada hai toh aapka wajan kum nahi hoga.
      Is SATURDAY 7PM mein WEIGHT LOSS ke liye FULL DAY ROUTINE video share karne wala hun. Use dekhiyega. Aapke sare doubt clear ho jayenge.
      Lekin, ab aap soch rahe honge ki toh fir workout kis liye karne ka....toh uska jaawab hai...
      Workout isliye karne ka taki aapki strength, stamina, endurance, flexibility, power, balance ye sab maintain rahe.

      Kis karan se huwa hai yeah reason find out karna bahut hi difficult hai. Doctor bhi sirf andaja laga sakte hai. ya fir acche se inquiry (of your dad's lifestyle) karne ke baad wo aapko lagbhag bata sakte hai.
      Lekin kuch baate hai jo karanbhut ho sakti hai.
      1. Jaise ki unko pehle se koi heart ki condition ho jo bahar aayi hi na ho. Kisiko pata hi na ho ki unko koi samasya ahi.
      2. Unka (your dad's) medical fitness-test har sal hona jaroori hai. In fact 20 years ke baad, har kisiko apna medical test har sal karan hi chahiye.
      aki jo HEART ke risk factors jaise ki High cholesterol, high BP, etc. in sabki jankari pehle se hi lag jaye. Aur doctor ki guidance me use normal kiya jaye. Kyonki heart attact youngsters ko bhi aate hai.
      3. Unki (your dad's) lifestyle kafi mahino se ya salo se sedentary rahi ho. Matlab ki unka fintess level bahut low raha ho aur uske sath me agar unko heart ki pehle se koi samsya hai, aur agar wo intense activity karte hai jase ki stairs chadhna, dodna, kudna, aur wo bhi ekdum se start kar dete hai toh unko CARDIAC ARREST aa sakta hai.

      Kuch general advice yaha de raha hun.
      1. Ho sake utna kum oil wala khane ki koshish karo. Cooking oil, butter, ghee, etc.
      2. Sugar ka upyog minimum rakhe.
      3. Packet ka food na khaye.
      4. Smoking, alcohol, tobacco consume kar sahe ho toh band kare.
      5. Doctor ki salah ke bad light exercise se shuruat kare. Like walking, wamm up exercise etc...

      👉person's body weight,
      👉body composition,
      👉his/her effort during the session,
      👉experience of that exercise,
      and so on....
      so, practically, it is impossible to calculate calorie burning of exercise. Many apps and fitness bands show the calorie burn but it is just estimate, not accurate data.
      Clinical testing required for the exact calorie burning of particular exercise by a person. Laboratory testing is conducted in isolated environment While we live our life in open environment. So, there are so much limitation in testing too.
