Liposuction is far from invasive nowadays, the procedure has evolved a lot throughout the years.
Anyway, I agree, it's cool that he targets the roots of the issue.

I know this video is a few years old but I would not recommend CoolSculpting. Even if it's FDA-approved, it has been know to cause PAH (metastasized fat cells). Its an underreported side effect of the procedure but the recent Linda Evangelista law suit against Cool Sculpting should warn people against using it. It causes PAH and then you'll end up spending more money to top cut the fat cells. It would eventually cost you more than liposuction.

I did a few things in parallel - started intermittent fasting ( only eat between noon to 8pm ) ; used Noom to help track calories ( other trackers work too but I found Noom to be the easiest ) and adjust my diet structure; cut off sugar , some carb and some other calorie-dense food : work out every single day and did core / abs exercise; cut out cold food and excessive raw foods. I started intermittent fasting November 2020 and as of today March 23 2021 I've lost 42lbs! It's the easiest way to lose weight for me because most of the fast takes place sleeping! I stop eating 9PM or whenever then I won't eat again until 12noon. I've never been a breakfast eater so it's no problem! After the first week it was just a matter of getting into the schedule... one more thing, I stopped eating bread and cheese and watch my sugar and that's a big part of my success!
Give it a try and you'll see 😃

      @lorifrandsen7654 8 месяцев назад

I was going to say the same thing. Those will be way too advanced for some mamas with a severe separation! And if they do them, they could make the problem worse because there is no explanation on how to know if your muscles are responding properly. I love that some exercises were included because some women can heal their diastasis with exercise, but I do think there should have been that disclaimer.

Thank you👐🏽! I just had my biggest baby of 5 (by 2+lbs) and at the age 39. My kids ages : 21, 20, 18, 12 and 6 months. This past 13 months has brought me closer to my higher power, for real! I’m lucky to be alive today and I am grateful. I lost 190 lbs just before I got pregnant. It was welcomed but not on purpose. This time I just can’t imagine any real change… well any visible changes. I really hope that I can recover enough to feel stronger. Im definitely going to try the exercising the exercises in the video. I think I will at least get some strength training in to assist with my recovery. My age is going to work against me. I’m up for the challenge!

If you don’t have the excess weight to lose & it’s just your tummy that’s an issue due to kids do not listen to the people who say you can’t spot reduce fat. Most slim women who have kids have the mommy tummy, you have to do diastases recti workouts to help that area. Yes nutrition plays a part but doing workouts like sit-ups and crunches will make it worse.

After losing around 50 lbs,I was shocked I could tell the difference after I ate. I've never experienced that before so compression has made a big difference for any formal outing that involves food. I also used it during my weight loss Journey to reduce the chances of a lot of loose skin I do believe it helped a lot. It's also great for me because I don't have enough loose skin to want to trade it for a large scar.

3 C-sections and in the 20 years since my last one have never been able to get my tummy to go away. Work out a lot, worked with different personal trainers over the years, Olympic weight lifting for 2 yrs, yoga, Pilates, Cardio, fasting, deficit calories, keto diet, vegetarian diet, worked with nutritionist, and b/c I had a PE after the last C-sec, no doctor will do a tummy tuck, lipo or any procedure on me. Do some type of workout every day even if it is just walking 3-5 miles. So very frustrating. And before I get all the comments about food, I Do Not eat out at fast food restaurants, or eat pizza, cheeseburgers, ice-cream, French fries, or any type of food like that, it makes me physically ill if I do, and I consume very little sugar if any at all, and I do not drink alcohol. I keep my calorie intake around 1100 a day or less.

You are the first person I've ever heard go into depth about how a tummy poking out is not always the same cause, and that different methods to treat the issue depend on what the issue is exactly. It makes me wonder if many struggle to lose belly bulge because they're trying a 'tried and true' method that won't fix their particular problem, and don't understand why it isn't working. Everyone's always recommended the types of stretches you showed for post-birth tummy. I tried those and it never did anything for me. Go figure, I'm a man! LOL

The exercises for diastasis didn’t work for me. The amount of reduction was very very minimal and not noticeable enough. I’m not the only woman these exercises don’t work for, they don’t work to correct diastasis for most women that I’ve met. I wish instead of wasting time and hope on exercises like this I’d gotten the surgery to fix it earlier.
My scar is SO minimal. Some doctors can do a full tummy tuck but only leave a scar as long as a cesarean scar. The scar has almost completely faded it’s hardly noticeable. So, not all tummy tucks leave a terrible scar. Depends who you go to.

But to a certain extent that's normal because in the morning you haven't had food yet, hence why it's flatter when there's nothing in there yet

Best thing I ever did to help get back into shape was get in TRT at 44. I’m 9 months in and it’s been amazing.

I had non identical twins in my 40s and they were born 7lb3oz and 7lb5oz. My tummy was enormous and I had major diastasis. I went from a 4 finger separation to 2 fingers after 1 1/2 years of physio therapy. I decided to go for 8 sessions of Emsculpt and Exilis. To say that Emsculpt isn't painful... erm, felt a chainsaw across my belly. I did have both panels on at 100% power mind you (wanted to get my money's worth!) The results were brilliant! Diastasis gone, GONE, and the warped shape of the muscles dramatically improved. The Exilis was HOT, like a hot poker on my skin, and helped a fair bit to tighten up the skin. I don't imagine I'll ever look the same as before twins, but these treatments helped a lot.

When you lose weight from diet and exercise you can’t target areas of your body which will lose the fat first, it will come off in different places at once. As you lose fat from your body you should notice the thighs becoming slimmer.

Run/walk with inclination: cut all high processed foods, lastly some it is a genetics thing or hips that lets you have a thigh gap. Sincerely, a girl who got a thigh gap by exercising

@Seekthetruth Findit working out isn’t for getting more men attention. It’s for the individuals goals. If she wants a thigh gap bc it makes her feel hot then: she’ll be happy doing that.

@Seekthetruth Findit first, don’t call me honey. Second, why do I care? Third, no one is asking for your validation nor am I wanting to receive reasons to justify your validation. That’s great you work out to receive compliments and for yourself. Oh and save the emojis: very inappropriate and of poor taste. Have a good one!
