I've been redlighting at the tanning salon, and IK that tanning itself is damaging, especially the older we become, but I do think the red light is helping with my skin in general 2-3/weekly. I just wanted to throw that out there, if you're interested.

    I regret my tummy tuck. I went to a PS for a breast reduction and she shamed me for my belly and offered a deal to do both. Ive had multiple surgeries including a C-section, hysterectomy and spine surgeries, but no surgery compares to the severity of a tummy tuck. Its terrifying to heal from because the fear of the huge incision popping open is real. She had me on so many meds including an opiod- benzo combination which could have killed me and puts people in danger of addiction. I had horrible muscle spasms for years and you cant feel the "triangle" below your belly button. Your nerves dont work right in that area ever again. It still hurts by the incision over 5 years later. I really wish Id just learned to love my mommy belly. Its good to see alternatives to that!

      Hi what was your breast reduction experience like?

    • @Elevendyeleven
      @Elevendyeleven Год назад +11

      @@noaddedsugar2930 haha, well actually, one of the wounds came open, but interestingly, that side healed better than the other. Yeah, it hurts. You have to be on bad meds for too long, and can get addicted to opioids, but if that happens you just need to cut the dose every day until youre back to normal. Problem is not everyone can get off them. There is a risk with every surgery, and sometimes those sutures can split open if you are not very careful. It also didnt help my back pain because it turned out I had an autoimmune disorder, so none of the surgeries I had really helped. My breasts look better though. If I cared Id probably get a revision because its definitely not perfect. But I dont!

      Desiree Collins I've lost just around 90lbs over the last year. I had similar saggy skin with stretch marks due to the combination of pregnancies and significant decrease in weight. I've been using a derma roller on my tummy and on the bat wings of saggy skin under my arms. I've not been as committed to the process or serious with the proper skin care such as the vitamin C serum, collagen, etc as babz but in the short and inconsistent time that I used the derma roller, there had definitely been a noticeable difference.
      This video has made me feel encouraged to get back to it and to be more serious about it. I might document the results (for myself) so that I can really see the difference in before and after.
      I also feel that a positive attitude is important in anything that we take on and can make a world of difference in the outcomes. I wish you luck with your derma roller! Stay positive and believe that you will have amazing results, you might just be surprised what a difference a positive attitude and belief in the process can make in anything that you try in life! 😊

    I am currently "morbidly obese," meaning: I'm so fat it's going to kill me. - BUT - I'm dieting/excersizing and am down to 270 from 355. One of the things that always dissappointed me was that once all the weight is gone I'll look good enough to go to the pool or beach, but I won't because I'll still have all that loose skin, like a thin man wearing a fat man's skin.
    Now I have confidence that I can alleviate the bulk of that skin AS IT LOOSENS! Since I still have about 8 - 10 months to go to get back to proper weight. I can literally be shrinking the skin along with the fat!
    Again, thank you so much!

      From what I have read, RF treatments and fasting can help with the extra skin. Fasting allows the body to be in the state of autophagy, and that is the body getting rid of extra or old cells it no longer needs. It needs more studies, but it is helpful in other ways as well. Multiple approaches will likely work best over time.

Child birth and drastic weight loss are no joke to the body. I am going to try this during my weight loss journey this year. This remedy looks like a game changer.

      That is so true!! You never see celebrities admit to loose skin or aggressive stretch marks. They will show little things we can barely see like Kendall's acne. HA! I've had some questions asking if my exercising helped to improve the appearance of my tummy. My exercising certainly helped to tighten my muscles (improved my muscle separation dramatically) but it did not improve the appearance of my skin. You can look up the affects on exercise and saggy skin online too but the short answer is, it cannot stimulate production of new skin. If exercising did the job for me (and others who hit their fitness goals), many would not resort to tummy tucks. I actually started rolling in June and it was at the height of my fitness game where I was working out at least 4-5 times a week and eating clean yet my stomach was still visibly wrinkly. I don't work out as often (about twice a week) and intense as before and I am more relaxed about my eating habits but I am still seeing my tummy improve bit by bit. I KNOW my skin feels smoother too and exercise cannot do this. I hope this answers anything but feel free to ask more questions!!

    Derma rolling can really help skin to regenerate anywhere. I was lucky. I was way bigger with my pregnancy but think shea butter kept my skin very elastic so there wasn’t a stretch mark. One thing I discovered after pregnancy is that a flex belt really toned even my belly button back into shape. Which was lovely. We are constantly forming new cells so it shouldn’t be a surprise that things could improve that much. The only thing that limits us is our expectation and our thoughts are the thing that is truly powerful and sometimes we just need something that increases our expectation. I’m a big believer in the law of attraction because Abraham Hicks teachings bring me miracles every day so I also believe that everything is possible if we believe it is. It’s why some people have had diseases just disappear instantly and defy all medical expectation or understanding. (Anita Moorjani’s memoir show a wonderful example of this.)💖✨🧘‍♀️♾🌸🦋✨One way to work with and not against the law of attraction other than positive expectations is to not keep paying attention to what is which will keep you in the same place but instead to pay attention to even the smallest improvement to encourage more improvement. Or to distract yourself with things that make you happy if that is too much and just trust in the process. 💖

      Only apply hyaluronic acid if you are in a humid area or can just the face often when something hydrating, it it will dry you out and give the opposite effect from what's desired.
      And give your skin a day or two of a break before applying your C.

      A routine of dermal rolling shrinks skin. That's the bottom line. It works. It also minimizes scars because all those little punctures cause reproduction of normal skin cells that eventually will move in on that scar tissue and replace it. It also draws collagen and elastin to the area so the area has increased elasticity. This is because it makes thousands of tiny injuries which the body does it's healing process on. Not snake oil. It uses the way your skin acts naturally to smooth and improve that skin.
