Hey folks, loving the product! However, for some reason I lost my wifi connection. The app is connected to the girl via Bluetooth only.. I understand that IOT are new to your brand and with time, there will more updates coming but I wish there are more RUclips videos on the connection side. I look forward to have more control on the styles of grilling, some suggested seasoning as well. But for now if you can point me to the direction on how to connect this to WifI back again that would be very much appreciated.

Reinstalling Bluetooth/wifi. Go to settings, your appliances, click on the grill, Appliance detail, delete appliance. That will take the app back to the beginning and allow you to do a complete set up. There is no other way.
Hello. I am hoping you can help with a couple questions. Why does the WiFi icon on the grills control panel continuously. Link and on the app in the upper right corner, the word online is in in green but right next to it there is a red circle that shows the WiFi icon in red with a line through it. Thank you.

These are not the directions for the XL pro. There is no power button and the dial doesn’t push in. I’ve tried everything I can think of but it will not pair.

I’m having the same issue. This is frustrating. I tried to call the number you provided above, but it doesn’t work.

I believe the PRO XL is NOT Bluetooth. That would be the PRO CONNECT. (I just went through this this morning)

My WiFi doesn’t show up when searching. I have 2.4 and 5ghz. So can I never use the app 🤷🏻
