For tabletop cooking appliances, Ninja does a very nice job. I've always liked their products. I'd definitely consider one if I didn't have the functionality covered already with other cookers.
I have the original one and really cooks well. The new bigger version is ….well bigger! I do like the app function Tom! This is a real cooking machine. Thanks for sharing Tom! Cheers.
Thanks for this info. Not to sound lazy but in another video they said that the baskets and pans were not dishwasher friendly and I just pictured myself scrubbing away and it wasn't a deal breaker but it definitely was a big negative. This info tells me I'm over exaggerating so thank you
I bought the original Woodfire after I saw your review. I love it! It's so versatile and easy to use that I find myself using it almost every night. Last night I made some air-fried/smoked chicken wings. Cleanup was a breeze with the non-stick air fry basket. I don't know about that wire mesh basket on the new one . As you said, that looks like a nightmare to clean up. Seems like an odd design choice.
Ordered late afternoon one day and was delivered lunchtime following day, and a full order with some accesories, very impressed. But crikey, the amount of packaging I now have to dispose of, loads and loads which on balance is a good thing as the product is delivered by carrier who do not always traet boxes in a good way.
I love my woodfire. I'm going to stick with that guy. But if I get a chance, I think I might grab one of these if I can sell the other. Thank you for showing us this.
Hi Tom, I use mine WF about 4 x per week, its all to do with the lid and not the bottom cook surface or grease tray as the grease is supposed to go through the inside of the lid gap between the 2 x horizontal angles at the back near the base, but some of it drips from the sides of the lid or through the angle. It collects down the back feet and onto the table. I was just wondering if this had been resolved? Thx for reply!@@TomHorsmanAmateurBBQ
Each session I have to clean the base of the feet before bringing the WF indoors and every few cooks scrape the grease from the rear legs, it makes a right mess :)@@TomHorsmanAmateurBBQ
Will the Nija Woodfire XL Pro Connect hold a 4 rib standing roast? I’m thinking to replace another Nija that is smaller? It looks like it will hold the roast but want to make sure as it would be perfect for the Holiday Prime Rib roast. What more could you ask for than smoked prime rib. Thank you for the video.
Great video! Thank you...I am going to purchase it for sure....My question is your cart looks Awesome....Where can I buy this versus the plastic one Ninja offers?
I'm wondering if the Pro XL version without the 'Connect' is essentially the same grill just without the smart functions? Ninja web site doesn't make this very clear and there are no videos of the Pro XL on RUclips.
Hi from across the pond. I bought the xl specifically as I didn’t want to have the complications of anything else to go wrong. I’ll buy a ‘Meater’ thermometer instead when I’m ready. It’s a brilliant machine.
@TomHorsmanAmateurBBQ Thanks Tom, There was a sale on single one, and I thought how nice that would work in winter. It was 55.00,I was seeing it had better rating than meater. I picked up weber kamato on fb mkt place 800.00 new in box. Kickash basket just came out with basket specific to it. I would like to see you get the inkbird isc-027bw thermometer controller, there's only one cheesey review. Here's another question, I'm not sure what rotiserie ring you have, I have cajon bandit it's dual purpose, holes on top and bottom, I was thinking fender washer with some kind of backing to block holes. I was wandering around and wandered into masterbuilt rotiserie plugs, it looks like they will work, the sides of masterbuilt are just sheet metal. I have 4 on order so I can use as stacker ring if need be, never know when your going to have beer can turkey.
Can you use wood chips instead of wood pellets? If so would it make a difference? The one thing I don't like about pellet grills is the lack of smoke flavor, how does this Grill Stack Up? I'm guessing you can cold smoke with this Grill?
Is it 5G connectivity or WiFi connectivity? Both are mentioned, but maybe there is confusion as to what, exactly, those terms mean. If someone says "5G" I'm going to assume they're talking about cellular tower connectivity (AT&T, Verizona, T•Mobile). If someone says "WiFi" I'm going to assume that this unit connects to a WiFi router. If this unit gains internet by connecting to a cellular device (via WiFi or via Bluetooth) then that would be a very important thing to mention. Meater probes, for example, can connect to your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, but can also connect to your home WiFi router (giving you the ability to get progress on the app even if your half way around the world, so long as you have internet).
I just ordered one today and they had them down to $449 but on sale for Easter at $399. I also got 10 percent off for giving them my email, so total today for me with tax was $380
My NWFG XL will arrive on Sunday. I'm glad I watched this . I'll deffinaty do the 10-minute burn off. April 2024, i paid 339.0 Amazon.
Thanks for watching! Enjoy
The fact you left papers and phones next to the things is what sold it to me lol.
Thanks for watching! Enjoy
Lots of great improvements. Very nice
Agreed! Nice improvements Ninja! Thanks for Watching Eric!

Thanks for Watching Jay! Appreciate the feedback
Wire baskets normally can b sprayed with an oven cleaner, which makes cleaning pretty quick with only needing a light scrub.
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for this info. Not to sound lazy but in another video they said that the baskets and pans were not dishwasher friendly and I just pictured myself scrubbing away and it wasn't a deal breaker but it definitely was a big negative. This info tells me I'm over exaggerating so thank you
Thanks for watching!
Can you leave it soak in oxi clean water?
Thanks for Watching George! I’ve not used that so I don’t know
Love it! Thumbs up Ninja and Tom👍. Glad they left there broken Cookbook out. Lol
Thanks for Watching! It’s awesome!

Tom is on fire with Ninja's Woodfire lineup😁😁

Thanks for watching Roger! Enjoy!
What will you cook first on this thing!? It seems like a good potion for the RV. I would like to see the price come down.
Thanks for watching Wayne! Will be trying a bunch of stuff on it! Agreed on the price!
I love my woodfire. I'm going to stick with that guy. But if I get a chance, I think I might grab one of these if I can sell the other. Thank you for showing us this.
Thanks for Watching! Appreciate the feedback
Does it remove the grease issue dripping out all over the place as the original Wood Fire?
Thanks for watching! Haven’t had that issue on either one
Explain how yours leaked the raised sides and pre sloped cooking surface directs any grease to the grease tray.

Thanks, now I understand. Haven’t that issue yet, if I do I definitely will report it

Thanks for watching! Haven’t tried, so I’m not sure

Thanks for watching! Have only used it couple times so far, but it appears to
How much does it go forWhere do I buy one
Thanks for Watching Kevin, they are on Amazon
Great video! Thank you...I am going to purchase it for sure....My question is your cart looks Awesome....Where can I buy this versus the plastic one Ninja offers?
Thanks for Watching Gary!…ruclips.net/video/3TmiRP-pX-I/видео.htmlsi=n2OOya1ZJGQZPTL4
Is it large enough for 20lbs turkey?
Thanks for watching! Haven’t tried

Thanks for watching! Haven’t seen the pro XL
I think you’re right, makes no mention of having WiFi or Bluetooth capabilities

@jonnygunner65 Thanks for watching! Enjoy!
Looking at old video on thermopro temp spike do you use this stiil how is it holding up after 11 months.
Thanks for watching John! It does work, the Bluetooth range isn’t the best especially going thru doors and walls

Thanks for watching John! Great deal on the Weber! I have the Weber and only fire rotisserie. I’ll look into the inkbird
What's the minimum temp on this thing?
Thanks for watching! It’s different for each function
Have you tried the new javapro pellets made from coffee beans?
I'm glad I waited. I knew they'd come out with a big one.
Thanks for Watching Chris!
Because it’s work with electricity Do you have an idea how much is the electricity bill in a month after using this Ninja woodfire?
Thanks for watching! No idea
Hey Tom, does this unit come with a griddle? Is one available for it? Thanks.
Thanks for watching Wayne! Doesn’t come with a griddle, looks like on maybe available though. Kinda vague on the website
Great review Tom 👍👍
Thanks 👍
Can you use wood chips instead of wood pellets? If so would it make a difference? The one thing I don't like about pellet grills is the lack of smoke flavor, how does this Grill Stack Up? I'm guessing you can cold smoke with this Grill?
Thanks for watching! The manufacturer states just pellets. You can cold smoke

There’s always one.
lol, Thanks for watching!
That seems extremely expensive
Thanks for watching Brady!

@billdoty6438 Thanks for watching Bill! Enjoy!
But sooo Worth it
It's a 7 in 1 cooker, it seems pretty cheap when you think of it that way. Got mine for $319 at Sam's
How can you call this an "Honest Review" when you don't even do a cook ?....This was a look at, not a review
Thanks for Watching! More to come…
