As someone that is indifferent to this product, your concern doesn't apply here imo. are telling me you don't plan on vigorously cleaning your iron grill grates? good luck with that
I have this and friggin love it! Cooked on it for almost 40 days while on evacuation. The robust is really strong and no so good tasting. I bought apple pellets for mine as it covers most items.❤️🇨🇦
One thing you have to remember - you don’t have to wash it every time. It is a grill. I only wash mine if I have done chicken. A great RUclips Chanel to watch is “Cooking with CJ”. He has great tips and recipes ❤️🇨🇦
Throw the cookbook away!! it's the one thing Ninja can't seem to get right. Don't follow the chicken wings recommended time of 30min either...do 18-20min.
those 110v sockets are really screwing you over guys when it comes to powerful appliances, I think your model is 1700w while uk version can go all the way up to 2400W, bet it makes a huge difference for when it comes to preheating/reaching desired temps. over 10mins is ridiculous for a tiny appliance
Wish we had standardized 220/240v single phase in the U.S.A for household use, yes we know the dryer and stove use it already, but we need it to be for small appliances as well. It get olds running homemade 3wire 220v to power things properly.
First step in using you Ninja Outdoor Woodfire Grill is to find the cooking guide and place that guide directly into the trash..... I've seen several chicken cooking videos where the bird emerges from the grill in similar shape - it may taste okay but for sure doesn't look that great. All that being said I think this outdoor grill / air fryer / smoker is a great machine - I've had mine for a couple weeks now and love it - there are other pellets that work and are suggested to work with this grill and a fraction of the cost - Amazon is your friend there.
It seems to me that the grill feature on high is Way Too Hot. It burns the exterior while the interior is very rare. After taking off the grill and allowed to rest. The temp goes up 20-25 deg. to medium well done. Overcooked. Is it just me?
Does it have the taste of charcoal? I'm not sure if "smoky" and charcoal are the same thing. I like a burger that is grilled with the charcoal taste and I just wondered if this has that? thanks
I was loving the review until I saw the frozen hamburgers and dogs clank on the grill, then I gave up. I'll trust the setup but not the cuisine. LOL. We could rename this review, unboxing and honest review, and cooking for the local prisoners. :). Reviewers sound very happy.
Yep - others have re-run chickens at about 250-275 for a bit longer and they've come out really nice. It's funny though that almost everyone that loves Ninja products just follows the guide and for some reason the guide for this product is just way off - my guess is they use AI to write it and that's what they got ;-)
After the first smoke...and you air fry etc., in the house. Does it leave a smoke smell from then on? U know after smoking outside then air fry, bake etc., inside your home. Every time u use it does it smell your home up like a smoke smell from then on?
It does keep that smoke smell, it’s hard to clean the smell off of it. It doesn’t smell up the house though when inside only using the other functions without smoke.
Sooooo that chicken. 😂 A word to the wise: if it says min time to max time, always check at the min time and add more time as needed. Also, stop using metal utensils on that nonstick surface. I don't care what the instructions say, they will always end up with scratches.
That chicken was a little crispy. Big tip check half way through the time to make sure it's not burned. Never follow the directions because every grill is different. It was very entertaining though. Thanks for the Vid
Pepa
Ninja sells a model that has one included - I don't know if that works though with the "smoker" setting for internal temp. The guide book is just plain wrong (IMO).
You can't go by the Directions, you need to check it every now and then with a meat probe, or get a probe you can leave plugged in during the whole cook so you can watch the temperature.
They have a great smoker grill but their cook book leaves a lot to be desired.. I would watch CJ he changes the time and temp😮 on his cooks plus other peoples cooks
@@toosas I'm going to try a mix of pellets and chips to see what happens worst case I'll blow or vacuum out the bin. There's other companies that sell smoke pellets that work with the Ninja - they cost about $35 for 8lbs of assorted types - I'll try those first...
Looking forward to more videos. I heard from a couple people that's said Do Not go by the recipe book. Ninja makes good products but there people that put together the recipe book should be fired. Lol. Happy Friday 💥
I agree - I think AI wrote the guide - I threw my guide book away otherwise I'd be tempted to look at it and waste a bunch of food, I'd rather use the "Force"...
It appears you cooked the burgers at different times, you should of recorded the ones that came off the grill first. All the burgers were way overcooked. Also...the way you hold your fork made me cringe, if cavemen had forks. LOL!!
Perhaps reading directions on cooking with the Ninja along with practicing a full cook b/4 recording would add to the usefulness of your videos. Directions just may say something about not using metal utensils on non-stick too. What I did appreciate seeing is that you used frozen patties I think. Overall funny and decent job. But not very informative.
I really appreciate the honesty of this review and I know it's genuine because these people do NOT know what they are doing behind a grill lol
You mean seasoning frozen burger patties while on the grill is NOT the way? 😅
Want to make sure your new grill is ruined? Keep using that metal spatula on a non-stick grill.
I bet that chicken was drier than death valley
The way she’s holding a fork like a butcher is hilarious too…
Good tip!
Holding a fork like a neanderthal (if they had one)
As someone that is indifferent to this product, your concern doesn't apply here imo. are telling me you don't plan on vigorously cleaning your iron grill grates? good luck with that
RUclips needs more real creators like you all. Thanks for the fun review!
I love that you all uploaded the video anyways and it’s honest with trial and error great job you all sound like fun people loved it thank you❤😊
I actually enjoyed the review and because of which, I intend to purchase a Ninja outdoor grill for myself. Thanks for the honest feedback. Take care!
Chicken looked Christmas Vacation Turkey!🤣I appreciate the review. It seems to work great.
I have this and friggin love it! Cooked on it for almost 40 days while on evacuation. The robust is really strong and no so good tasting. I bought apple pellets for mine as it covers most items.❤️🇨🇦
The chicken was the best part of this video!😂😂😂. Thanks for the review. It really helped me understand how the controls work. Thinking of getting one.
Your husbands laugh😂 sure a joy to watch.

The most unseasoned burgers in the history of man kind!
Hahaha the chickens were like, what's going on here. Thank you, I just order one today. I'm looking forward to trying it.
Throw the cookbook away!! it's the one thing Ninja can't seem to get right. Don't follow the chicken wings recommended time of 30min either...do 18-20min.
Never seen anyone hold the fork like that, but you guys are a fun couple! I just ordered one today!!
I thought I was the only one who noticed that 😅
Have never seen, or never saw?
Thanks for the video. Was waiting for the chicken to bust open like Clark's turkey.
We were too!
What a great video.
You pair are such a laugh, parts of this video were comedy gold, lol.
Liked and subscribed :)
Thank you!

Great straight to the point review. Thanks for the video.

Great looking Chicken... Also, take off the black caps from the shedder claws. You don't want anyone choking on them while eating.
It seems to me that the grill feature on high is Way Too Hot. It burns the exterior while the interior is very rare. After taking off the grill and allowed to rest. The temp goes up 20-25 deg. to medium well done. Overcooked. Is it just me?
We cook a chicken in our ninja dual for 50 mins at 200 DegC and it's perfect everytime
Do you put it on the roast setting.
I liked how you opened the grill and you could see the chicken while grilling, and a chicken walking alive in the background. Gulp.
Does it have the taste of charcoal? I'm not sure if "smoky" and charcoal are the same thing. I like a burger that is grilled with the charcoal taste and I just wondered if this has that? thanks

What's wrong with that they were just quickly testing this unit
I think I'm going to take the plunge!!!!
I did think that the temp seemed a little high for the chicken for that cooking time. Thanks for the review.

Let me guess…… your “non-stick” pots and pans in your kitchen are all scratched up.
How do you power it when you take it for tailgate party or camping
An outlet i would assume
A REALLY long extension cord
After the first smoke...and you air fry etc., in the house.

Going off the way you bbq, the ninja was a 'must' purchase for you!
Its disappointing but max temp is around 250 C...!!!
Clark Griswold thank you for the chuckle this morning ! 😂😂
"save the neck for me!"
That chicken was a little crispy. Big tip check half way through the time to make sure it's not burned. Never follow the directions because every grill is different. It was very entertaining though. Thanks for the Vid
My opinion, you should keep the time the same, and lower the temperature instead.

A wireless temperature thermometer would have helped in that porr chicken cook.
Ninja sells a model that has one included - I don't know if that works though with the "smoker" setting for internal temp. The guide book is just plain wrong (IMO).
GREAT REVIEW IM DEFINITELY GETTING ONE
I watched another channel of an avid grilled & he said DO NOT follow the recipe book that came with the smoker.
Is there anything like this for indoors??
Love The Energy You All Have. Ordering Mine Now
Thumbs up for the laugh 😂
I always put some olive oil mix with garlic 🧄 to any chicken grill or stove I use after seasoning the meat and it comes out Juicy 😋😋
Great job, but the Ninja is too small. Need a larger unit for big families 😊
You can't go by the Directions, you need to check it every now and then with a meat probe, or get a probe you can leave plugged in during the whole cook so you can watch the temperature.
How high does a temperature go
How can you make a review about a grill when you can't even BBQ properly?
Like he had to marry her for her looks cause she dumb then a Mf
😂😂😂got my Ninja coming.believe me I’ll be burning the💩out of meats too till I learn to use the gadget lol
I laughed so hard throughout this video!
Old rip my dad taught me louder up the whole outside of the chicken with mayonnaise, it holds in the moisture and gets the skin nice and crispy tasty
Should I pay $99.95 for life time warranty?
They have a great smoker grill but their cook book leaves a lot to be desired.. I would watch CJ he changes the time and temp😮 on his cooks plus other peoples cooks
Great honest review. Thks for sharing
I cringed every time she scraped that spatula across the surface of that grill.
The chicken…… just like Christmas vacation lol
Thank you!
I love this video! U guys are awesome! It’s still trial and error for me . Had the grill for a month!
I'm lmao at your husband 😅 but this was a dang good review 😂
Thank you
Brotha was Hilarious 😂😂😅😅🤣🤣
Ok...I am staying put with my propane grill...Thank you guys..😄
Love those prison fork skills. Where did they meet? Black (chicken) is the new orange😂
You can use other pellets.
you can't put anything on any grill and walk away. oh, and you can remove the black plastic tabs on the forks before you use them again.
Overcooked for sure!!!!!!!!
That chicken was the same as the turkey in National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation!!!
You do not have to use Ninja pellets. I use Treagar
You can use any pellets not just ninja's
but could you use wood chips too? I suppose those would turn to charcoal and would need to be cleaned out as opposed to pellets that just "evaporate"
@@toosas I'm going to try a mix of pellets and chips to see what happens worst case I'll blow or vacuum out the bin. There's other companies that sell smoke pellets that work with the Ninja - they cost about $35 for 8lbs of assorted types - I'll try those first...
This is why you use a wireless thermometer 😂
Looks good!!
Not as good as you
Can you cook pizza on that?
Frozen burgers 😂
I have one and I washed all the parts before cooking on it 🫤
Ya left the plastic protectors on the big forks. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 y'all
Lol
Lol
Picked up one for $200 from Best Buy

Wouaw 👏👏👏

Should HAVE.
You have to change the timer
Don't test with frozen food 🙈
Ya'll then killed the chicken 😊😅😅😅😅😅😂😂😂
One fresh off the grill the other been sitting

Great comic relief
What type of rushed no seasoned video was this?
First Air Fryer RUclips video I watch in which nobody takes a minute to sporadically check the food 🙄🙄🙄
This is NOT an air fryer
@@rprinz97 The Ninja Woodfire IS indeed an air fryer grill with smoker capabilities.
@@Albertojedi touché
More seasoning but nice review
Looks like your wife wears the pants in the family. 😊
I think you left it in too long
Looks like you never grilled before. Go on RUclips, look up how to use gas grill and smoke grill for burgers, and hotdogs.
I’ve been grilling for 25 years on a gas grill
I think chicken bread probably do better 😊
These comments are hilarious 😂
You just over smoked the bird, that's all. 👍🏼
I find the cooking times WAY too long, so far.
Chicken died 3 times in that thing. Ninja makes the best products, but the worst cookbooks
Let’s leave the sticker on? I’m out
Man she stingy with the seasoning
Looks like propane grill is overrated. Ninja grill it is.
"crispy looking" 🤔🤣
Frozen burgers and metal spatula this has got to be the worst review I’ve seen in a long time. Think I will stick to the uk reviews
Rarely have I seen such an amateur display of a product review. Ninja Kitchen really need to vet their affiliate program in US. 0/10
you think this is an affiliate? :)
Wow !!! ... lol
