I am 78 and take Tadalafil for BPH ! Two 5mg tablets daily improve blood flow to many body parts including brain (increasing long term memory and BALANCE), heart and lungs during cardiopulmonary exercise and to “other areas” that respond very well!
I am 60, taking 5 mg a day for BPH. I experience similar effect - my treadmill endurance has doubled. I'm not even talking about the effect on the downstairs, it's like traveling back in time when I was 20.
I take Tadalafil sub-lingually for rapid onset regardless of food in my stomach. I take 5mg and use my molars to grind it up into small chunks, and hold them under my tongue to dissolve in normal saliva. In around 3 minutes they are all gone, and enough goes directly into my bloodstream that I can notice the impacts in as little as 10 minutes. It tastes a bit chalky, but not unpleasant. I haven’t seen this suggestion, so I am adding into the comments.
Agreed. For faster responsiveness, I always bite the tablet into micro chunks which I dissolve with water and then swallow. Response on an empty stomach is less than 10 minutes. Tadalafil daily. Sildenafil causes blurry vision in me.
Tadalafil daily doesn’t work for me. Diminishing returns on day 2 through 5. However, day 1’s intake lasts at least 36 hours. It’s like a first order exponential decay curve. I have to calculate the “half life” t.1/2
look into actual sublinguals. There is cenforce Professional, and vidalista professional. I take vidalista (tadalfil) early in teh day, and the cenforce (sildenafil) professional, I find it still takes about 30m, but its consistent, and doesnt require an empty stomach
It is also suggested that you engage in a daily workout routine in addition with these ED meds. Increasing your testosterone levels will improve your blood circulation making erections more frequent and lasting.

Side effects for me are very strong when I take on an empty stomach. I think it's best to try different ways until you figure out what works best for you.

It's actually better that way. Other drugs peak in the blood, and lose effect much faster. Cilalis stays effective for 24 or more hours, but the first 3 - 5 it is strongest.
I have tried both Sildenfil 20 mg and the tadalafil 5 mg daily dose. Both work well, but I much prefer the daily tadalafil because It does not give me a headache like the 20 mg sildenafil. I can even skip days during the week and start on Thursday so I am good for the weekend with good results.
True although I do feel kind if sick on the third day coming off of Taldafil. With sudenifil in 6 hours is gone. Lots of water and a Tylenol helps with the headache.
I always avoid any quantity of alcohol 4-6 hours before sex. So if you are having dinner and want to have sex, have no alcohol or share a single glass of wine or cocktail with your date at the beginning of the meal. I also avoid fatty beef, some studies have shown that it can interfere with the effectiveness of the PDET5 inhibitors. I find fish is a great choice. Limit the number of calories in your meal, share a plate with her. In addition , you might want to take your sildenafil before the main course, so slip a pill into your pocket before you go to dinner.

I'm prescribed 5mg tad for BPH. I split the pills so it's 2.5 mg daily and works wonders for BPH. Went from going 4x a night to maybe once a night which is normal.
I have to thank you for your detailed explanation. I'm very desperate with my ED. For a long time Tugasamio solved the problem for me, but is not being shipped to the country I live anymore. And now I'm here searching for another solution once again. Common meds bring me painful side effects, I need something natural. I don't know what to do.
Before sildenifil I used otc product called xyrexin which worked well but it can make you a little jittery. I usually take one pill but max dose is two.
That is not my experience. I took Sildenafil for a few years, it worked well but do take it before dinner, or skip dinner, you now have better things to do. I also had a urinary problem of not being able to start a stream 1st thing in morning. Urologist switched me to daily Tadalifil and the next morning I was able to urinate normally, but only after the morning wood went down. I'm 69..., I am now again, "as good once as I ever was" and spontaneous any time of day. Tadalifil has my highest approval. In one day for me. $18 for 90, 5mg, at Costco with no insurance.

Do these drugs work on trees? I have a tree that will not stand up straight in my yard, I have to tie a 2x4 to keep it to stand tall.....maybe a few blue pills in the soil, would work?
I tried both medications and suffered from debilitating headaches. I used a tablet cutter to cut the tablets into quarters. This resulted in no more side effects and the medication still worked perfectly..........
I also use the cuter cut the 100 mg in 4 low doses daily before my work out And if I want to have sex I take the 100 mg no side effects I’m 62 and feel like I’m 20 Love it😊

I’ve been taking a fast-dissolving troche with 80mg Sildenafil, 22mg Tadalafil, and the balance with another substance (can’t recall at the moment), and I find it much more effective, for me, than 100mg of Sildenafil. 30-120 minutes before, and I have even been ready the morning after! Expensive, but after years of nausea, blue vision, stuffy sinuses, the lack of side effects with this new medication, and effectiveness, has been a life changer!

Cialis causes me to have just about every side effect listed on the box.... huge back ache, very stuffy nose, cant sleep....but I like the fact that it lasts all damn weekend. Wish I could take it vs the Viagra

Sildenafil can be absorbed by placing it under your tongue and letting it dissolve. Yes, it tastes bad, but it's much quicker to act when absorbed that way.
Tadalafil 20mg 30 tablets count year round prescription instead of 36hrs or 24hrs i take it every other day early morning peeing time usually 6am-7am so your stomach automatically empty for dissolving better lay back down it'll be done settled by time i awake for the day so if its on Monday morning ill take another wensday morning 👌🏽

Some other things will help also. Get rid of plastics, use extra virgin organic olive oil in or on foods and for older guys, take some micronized DHEA in small doses 10mg in the AM or 5 and 5 bedtime and waking. Also, beet powder in smothies or tea will help, take a while to build up but the nitric oxide will help. Dont take same time with ED meds however, thats too much vascularization.

None of the three agents are dangerously associated with QTc prolongation, although vardenafil has a warning for patients at risk for QTc prolongation. In evaluating cardiovascular adverse events in clinical trials, no signal to danger can be convincingly cited. In regard to Tadalafil, the contrary has been shown though to be beneficial for patients with cardiovascular desease.

Sildenafil didn't work for me, gave me headaches and the rare side effect of seeing blue light. Daily Tadalafil works well for me with no side effects.

You are right thank you. You have to still work with the meds . But it does work. Please pay attention, the meds are a booster. Some people just take it, and they don’t have a real reason to take it. But most people who take are seeing the benefit, but you may need a higher dose. Which is ok . But you will need to check with your Doctor.

Mm.. single dosing is different from daily dosing If you’re taking daily it is 5 mg daily More than that it should be as advised by the physician since you can have unintentional side effects from the drug or other drug interactions.
All PDE5’s of any MG Give me a one week Headache I also suffer from Migraines and I have GERD. I make sure I’m Hydrated and still mind boggling HEADACHE.

@@g_mason8867 not that I've noticed. Best part is if she's ready again it's a 5-10 minute recovery time then I'm ready again. That minimal dose even carries over to morning if needed. I only take it 2-3 times when needed. Not every day.
Rena, anesthesia here. I’ve had a couple of patients tell me that they cut their sildanafil tablets in half and chew them and put the bits under their tongue to absorb, like nitro. Eliminates the first pass effect, etc. They do this due to the cost of the meds and say they get twice the mileage out of them. Any studies or anecdotal reports in your literature to support this? Good channel BTW, you are doing a good service.
Daily Cialis caused me to have chronic heartburn. I do better with Sildenafil, but it causes me to get a stuffy nose. Otherwise, no side-effects. Good info re separating this and Flowmax by 6 hours.

started taking the blue pill several yrs ago and was pleasantly surprised it actually worked so many drugs advertised on tv don't work at all esp many of the OTC ones but despite my own results think it was terrible mistake to allow ads for prescription drugs on tv but know it's probably irreversible
When a medication stops working, then the issue that caused complete impotence was the medication because often times, when folks report for impotence they are not completely impotent. That means some of these medications are toxic. Just forming a theory here... In other words, 30% is really the efficacy in the long haul of the medication and the other 30% is SOL because they'll never have an erection again. Trying to sort this out with a little humor. From what I see then, is that besides over prescribing the medications its being prescribed wrong. Other adjuvants that will make you strong and perhaps help with libido, enhancement potency may be BCAA...it's nutrition...Basic Chain Fatty Acids. Ugh, enough can not be said about vegetables and canned vegetables, as these help to balance and equilibrate water in the body so you're not pissing it all away etc. Vitamin C is another, along with Vitamin D, Zinc, Iodide etc. Don't leave it all up to the pharmacy or they control you...and they'll learn. Food that help people relax: sweet potato, teas, milk, carbs (potato chips, donuts etc.). Preworkouts: lemonade, OJ, citrus, plums, strawberries etc....I mean only the first two but got inspired...potato chips fall under a preworkout.
I have spastic paraplegia which disrupts my nervous system. Sidenafil works best aa it's quickly more intense. I will try the daily tadalfil for a month to see about that. Thanks to this channel I get quality information about it all.
I've had HSP for 6 years now. It royally sucks. Started as just "catching" my toe on the floor while walking and has progressed to using 2 canes or a rollator while out now. How is it for you?

I have less than 50% feeling from the stomach down. I have to manage sleep or if I'm tired I can't walk. I fight to keep moving. Keep active. I moved to work in SE Asia where it's warm and less challenging. When I go back to Europe, the cold air attacks the muscles. Keep fighting and moving and doing as much as possible. If you stop doing you can lose that.

These explanations and all sexual education should be thoroughly taught in schools at an early age. It’s very important. Our sexual behaviour & understanding would greatly be enhanced by it. It all about respect of oneself and the opposite sex.
Public schools can't even teach the basics of reading, writing and begginer math. As an example 50% of Chicago (despite enormous taxpayer funding) citizens are functionally illiterate. Sex education is the reason kids are supposed to have parental guidance.
Do not teach sex to children 🤦🏽♂️ let the parents handle it at home when they come of age. If they aren't up to the task, then there should be a program for that. The government/school system should not be involved in any way
That is not unusual so try one of the alternatives, but you might want to check with your doctor to see if some identified cause that might be of concern. If you feel fine otherwise, try Tadalifil. Sildenafil did not work at all for me but Tadalifil has been great.
I tried taking Sudafed tablets as I had them for my allergies. What I did not know was that it stops the reaction of the ED medication. I do have that spray decongestant animal take only a small Puff in each nostril when the congestion is at its worst at its worst. It clears the sinus pressure right up, and does not seem to affect my erection or how long does Cialis last
I had radiation for prostate cancer and take tadalafil. The medication actually works for an erection but I don't get the pleasure factor and little ejaculation.
Dr. Malik...I've taken Sildenafil @100 mgs. dosage for a few years now, and ur has just failed miserably. My doctor then put me on 5 mg tadalafil, and they're not doing much better. I take Tadalafil about 10mg an hour beforehand. I actually buy 20mg tablets on line and bite them in half and keep the other half for the next time.. I have been doing this for 5 years and it works well. I am 74
I've been taking Cialis 10mg daily for over 6 months to combat PSSD (post ssri sexual dysfunction) that SSRI had caused me but nothing works unfortunately.
I also noticed with the blue pill it worked just as good if not better the next day. My dr gave them to me because of low testosterone but i have been on the replacement shots for about 2 months now and its going great so i dont really need them anymore but they do help somewhat so why not lol

You don't take it daily you take it hour before sex not daily and it comes in 50,mg or 100 ng not two or five
20mg is not a "low dose". The lowest suggested daily dose is either 2.5mg or 5mg. Anything that goes over the 5mg is NOT recommended for daily use.

I have tried both Sildenfil 20 mg and the tadalafil 5 mg daily dose. Both work well, but I much prefer the daily tadalafil because It does not give me a headache like the 20 mg sildenafil. I can even skip days during the week and start on Thursday so I am good for the weekend with good results.
True although I do feel kind if sick on the third day coming off of Taldafil. With sudenifil in 6 hours is gone. Lots of water and a Tylenol helps with the headache.

So if you are having dinner and want to have sex, have no alcohol or share a single glass of wine or cocktail with your date at the beginning of the meal. Limit the number of calories in your meal, share a plate with her. In addition , you might want to take your sildenafil before the main course, so slip a pill into your pocket before you go to dinner.

I'm prescribed 5mg tad for BPH. I split the pills so it's 2.5 mg daily and works wonders for BPH. Went from going 4x a night to maybe once a night which is normal.
I do the same, 10mg tad split into four. Take once daily and has helped everything immensely with no side effects

Before sildenifil I used otc product called xyrexin which worked well but it can make you a little jittery. I usually take one pill but max dose is two.

I like the dissolving Tadalafil because it bypasses the stomach and goes into your blood faster.. at least, that's what my urologist states.
It will get a higher blood level and better absorbed and not passed through the body unused.
Stomach absorbance is always lower than sublingual.

That is not my experience. I took Sildenafil for a few years, it worked well but do take it before dinner, or skip dinner, you now have better things to do. I also had a urinary problem of not being able to start a stream 1st thing in morning. Urologist switched me to daily Tadalifil and the next morning I was able to urinate normally, but only after the morning wood went down. I'm 69..., I am now again, "as good once as I ever was" and spontaneous any time of day. Tadalifil has my highest approval. In one day for me. $18 for 90, 5mg, at Costco with no insurance.

I tried both medications and suffered from debilitating headaches. I used a tablet cutter to cut the tablets into quarters. This resulted in no more side effects and the medication still worked perfectly..........

I’ve been taking a fast-dissolving troche with 80mg Sildenafil, 22mg Tadalafil, and the balance with another substance (can’t recall at the moment), and I find it much more effective, for me, than 100mg of Sildenafil. 30-120 minutes before, and I have even been ready the morning after!

Sildenafil can be absorbed by placing it under your tongue and letting it dissolve. Yes, it tastes bad, but it's much quicker to act when absorbed that way.
Tadalafil 20mg 30 tablets count year round prescription instead of 36hrs or 24hrs i take it every other day early morning peeing time usually 6am-7am so your stomach automatically empty for dissolving better lay back down it'll be done settled by time i awake for the day so if its on Monday morning ill take another wensday morning 👌🏽

Some other things will help also. Get rid of plastics, use extra virgin organic olive oil in or on foods and for older guys, take some micronized DHEA in small doses 10mg in the AM or 5 and 5 bedtime and waking. Also, beet powder in smothies or tea will help, take a while to build up but the nitric oxide will help. Dont take same time with ED meds however, thats too much vascularization.

Sildenafil didn't work for me, gave me headaches and the rare side effect of seeing blue light. Daily Tadalafil works well for me with no side effects.

I had the same thing with Sildenafil. The blue tint to vision was sometimes nice on bright days, since it was slightly like sunglasses.

You are right thank you. You have to still work with the meds . But it does work. Please pay attention, the meds are a booster. Some people just take it, and they don’t have a real reason to take it. But most people who take are seeing the benefit, but you may need a higher dose. Which is ok . But you will need to check with your Doctor.
Dr. Malik, my urologist prescribed the 20mg version of tadalafil that I absolutely love. I have two questions: 1) Being that it can last for up to 36 hours per dose, how soon is it safe to take another dose? 2) Does tadalafil have less and less effectiveness the longer you take it? Thank you!

Rena, anesthesia here. I’ve had a couple of patients tell me that they cut their sildanafil tablets in half and chew them and put the bits under their tongue to absorb, like nitro. Eliminates the first pass effect, etc. They do this due to the cost of the meds and say they get twice the mileage out of them. Any studies or anecdotal reports in your literature to support this? When a medication stops working, then the issue that caused complete impotence was the medication because often times, when folks report for impotence they are not completely impotent. That means some of these medications are toxic. Just forming a theory here... In other words, 30% is really the efficacy in the long haul of the medication and the other 30% is SOL because they'll never have an erection again. Trying to sort this out with a little humor. From what I see then, is that besides over prescribing the medications its being prescribed wrong. Other adjuvants that will make you strong and perhaps help with libido, enhancement potency may be BCAA...it's nutrition...Basic Chain Fatty Acids. Ugh, enough can not be said about vegetables and canned vegetables, as these help to balance and equilibrate water in the body so you're not pissing it all away etc. Vitamin C is another, along with Vitamin D, Zinc, Iodide etc. Don't leave it all up to the pharmacy or they control you...and they'll learn. Food that help people relax: sweet potato, teas, milk, carbs (potato chips, donuts etc.). Preworkouts: lemonade, OJ, citrus, plums, strawberries etc....I mean only the first two but got inspired...potato chips fall under a preworkout.

I have less than 50% feeling from the stomach down. I have to manage sleep or if I'm tired I can't walk. I fight to keep moving. Keep active. I moved to work in SE Asia where it's warm and less challenging. When I go back to Europe, the cold air attacks the muscles. Keep fighting and moving and doing as much as possible. If you stop doing you can lose that.

Both of those drugs give me a terrible headache. Levitra, on the other hand, works great for me with zero side affects.
These explanations and all sexual education should be thoroughly taught in schools at an early age. It’s very important. Our sexual behaviour & understanding would greatly be enhanced by it. It all about respect of oneself and the opposite sex.
Public schools can't even teach the basics of reading, writing and begginer math. As an example 50% of Chicago (despite enormous taxpayer funding) citizens are functionally illiterate. Sex education is the reason kids are supposed to have parental guidance.

That is not unusual so try one of the alternatives, but you might want to check with your doctor to see if some identified cause that might be of concern. If you feel fine otherwise, try Tadalifil. Sildenafil did not work at all for me but Tadalifil has been great.

I tried taking Sudafed tablets as I had them for my allergies. What I did not know was that it stops the reaction of the ED medication. I do have that spray decongestant animal take only a small Puff in each nostril when the congestion is at its worst at its worst.
