Shouldn't you have dyno'ed it with the stock map as well to see the difference the colder temperature made? Maybe it would have done 420 bhp :D

Hey mate I've gone stage 2 aswel and I naturally get 1 or 2 pops from mid range downshifts with dct.
Is this safe I hear it reduces life of O2 sensors and rod bearing?
Not sure to be honest mate
Get your rod bearings done proactively anyway, especially if you bought second hand and your over 60k miles
