We can all think of some pretty insane T-side strats in CS2, but we often neglect the often nuanced and complicated setups and adjustments that can be made on the CT side. Today, we'll be analyzing how Liquid evolves their CT side defense over the course of a Faceit game, to see how to adapt and overcome whatever the Ts throw at them.

Can somebody tell me what the point of saving is on a pistol round
Saving Kevlar or upgraded pistol for next round to increase chances you get a kill. With how fucked the ct economy is it's actually not a bad move depending on map

There's nothing unique here.. they're largely playing spawn based setups against pugs. No top mid aggression, no extremity aggression, largely passive overall.
It's surprising to me how few plans they seem to have (Cadian's heroic was dynamic) but not surprising how poorly they've performed. They're all very passive except yekindar, and he isn't being set up to take space, just doing it alone and is in bad form, so just throwing rounds early, then they don't seem to have a plan b (if they even had a plan a)
I get you're gay for twistzz, but i dunno why you chose to analyse liquid, probably the worst performing team right now for the quality of players they have.
If you actually want to see interesting mirage ct sides, you can look at spirit (very varied setups all across the map, not just donk go kill at mid, they vary what part of the map to attack, sometimes when they use the same setup again in a half, they'll use shiro instead of the rifler previously there or vice versa in anticipation of countering the counter) or furia against liquid at the rmr (furia repeatedly ran a triple window/ladder/cat setup that liquid never dealt with)
Too bad I dont care because they killed csgo
