    Na 5 to 7... 14 hours fasting tha follow panaren.. morning and eve tea.. break fast 10 ku.. lunch 2pm ku.. eve tea with sneak oda eating windows closed.. 1000 calories per day.. monthly 4 kg loss aguthu..
