Super neela . U and ur videos have been a constant motivator for me and my family . We started our weight loss journey on 13.7.2020. I have reduced from 90.8 kgs to 84.2 kgs(6.6 kgs so far). My wife have reduced 86.2 kg to 81.6 kgs(4.6kgs so far). We r part of ur season 9 and will continue to reduce our weight to reach ideal weight goal. Once again thanks for ur yoga, motivational speeches and u r indirectly changing so many lives here . God bless u and ur family. BTW I will make a video once I reach our goal so that we can inspire others to take up weight loss journey ..

Evening snack: Green tea
Dinner: Mixed dosa (3 eggs, Oats flour 2 tablespoon, capsicum half, oninon, flaxe seed 1 tablespoon with rock salt.)
