    No warmup, no explanation, no transition....it's just a taster I guess

      BOTH of them are dancers, and why their moves are similar! Don't knock them down. I think it's great what they are doing and sharing with all us :)

      it totaly looks like tracy anderson. she does moves like that.

      its because they are pilates based. different variations but same foundations.
